Natural Health in Welwyn Hatfield

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so shocked at the poor service I felt the need to. A lady with black curly hair was in the shop, her hygiene standards were extremely poor, touching a dog and then serving customers with food and supplements, no hand sanitising. The shop was chaotic with boxes everywhere and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I also observed the lady with black hair being extremely rude about a customer that had purchased and left to another member of staff. I won’t be back.

You don’t want to support this shop. The owner is a horrible person who treats her staff and the actual customers like she’s the Queen of England, so rude and demeaning. On top of it, they sold me expired products twice. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to shop from here.

Such a lovely shop- both Hertford and Welwyn Garden City. The owner is really knowledgable about all the products and is very kind and helpful. Great service and products

Thank you to Louise of the Hertford store for taking my telephone order when I could not get though to Welwyn store, when suffering with Covid, Louise was amazing with her time and patience, helping me select the best products for me to fight off this virus as I’m now day 5 with Covid, I’ve selected Elderberry & Wormwood as well as usual vit C & zinc. Louise was also happy to share her personal experience of Covid too and her friendly advice has really helped pick me up, thank you!

Love this shop. You can find unique products which most of them can’t be found in the bigger retailers.Good place for a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic shop. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good eco products, vitamins, beauty products. Loyalty scheme is good. If they don't have an item in stock they quickly order it in for you.

Great health store with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a positive cornucopia of health products. They also have a team of highly recommended health practitioners that operate from the consulting rooms at the back of the store. With a loyalty scheme and regular offers, this is the place to come for your health needs in Hertfordshire.

Fab shop and really good staff. When I am up in Welwyn Garden City (not often) a good shop to visit and highly recommended.
