Pavillion Indian in Welwyn Hatfield

I love The Pavillion. I've been going for years and everyone I take loves the food. I've always had a good meal there, sometimes I've eaten too much, but that's easy because everything is so good. Service is usually very good. The manager is friendly, knowledgable and great with the kids. The price is right as well. The best curry house in Herts.

I ate here with my family last June and the meal was very good. The chef even made a dish that my mother requested (which wasn't on the menu!) We went on a Friday night and there was a resident Magician who kept us very entertained!Hubby and I recently moved to the area and so ;ast night (10th October 2013) thought we would order a take-away. The food arrived very quickly. It was hot and very tasty. My husband even commented 'I've not eaten one bite that wasn't really tasty' and I had to agree. We had a mixed starter (two small onion bhajis, a small samosa and a small kebab), lamb madras, garlic naan, chicken tikka biriayni which came with a vegetable curry and a bombay aloo - and that came to £21 - which I think is good value bearing in mind how much food we had - we could have easily fed a 3rd person!I would definitely order from here again and would also go to the restaurant.

Ace place, staff gave me a free shot on my birthday AND they recovered my friends lost Filofax. Food was excellent, going there again!
