Pizza GoGo in Welwyn Hatfield

Rude... First they do not give receipts so be careful if I were you, I would not pay by card, two, they are aggressive and rude, I even got threatened. 😂.

Ordered £25 worth of pizza and was told 40 mins rang them an hour and a half later and they didn't answer. Just got a call from them the next day saying did I order a pizza last night and would I still like it. You couldn't make that up.

Awful, I’ve been a regular customer for about 10 years, was always my favourite pizza. Always recommended to friends.Recent experiences have deteriorated drastically, taking over an hour, pizza was cold and hard, when the driver eventually turned up he was rude to my wife and accused her of giving him the wrong address?Impossible when we’re automatically recognised on their system, they tell us our address when we ring!Pizza toppings have reduced over time, overall quality has dropped massively.Forgot the garlic dip which ruins the meal in my opinion.Rude staff, bad attitude, Cold dull pizza, Appalling service.They’ve just lost a long serving customer.Avoid.

Guy turned up without a mask, which was alarming and then handed me the food. Not the best pizza I have had from here and the garlic bread was over cooked so could not eat it. Delivered regular rather than diet coke. Other than that it was ok.

Honestly, they are extremely rude and unprofessional customer service, was screamed at by the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of talking too. Twice time he hanged my calling . Therefore, the pizza I ordered was uncooked even they didn’t included any source. I never met like them and I will never meet. Personally, I don’t recommend them at all, please avoid taking from them try to find other pizza place.

Ordered a large meaty oneWell why it's called the meaty one is beyond me I counted 6 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza.Absolute joke don't waste your money.Oh and the staff look like dirty stalkers that live in the woods.I don't think I will be going back any time soon unless I want to buy counterfeit money or body parts.

Food took over 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive. Order was cold on arrival. Potato Twisters not cooked properly. Wrong chicken wings delivered. Wrong pizza base on pizza and pizza was cold and under cooked.Called to complain... was screamed at by the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Was told i couldn't have a refund. Only a duplicate order but he said he didn't know how long i would have to wait for it. Because i dared to challenge this he shouted some more and then hung up on me.I called back and allegedly spoke to the manager, Ramil, who told me i would have to contact head office if i wanted to complain/be refunded! Disgusting service... disgusting food and extremely rude untrained staff. Have been a customer for years (not Hatfield branch) and will never order from here again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Ordered few times on JUSTEAT. Food arrived 20 mins eariler everytime, but was very tasty and hot. BBQ chicken wings the best. Pizza good as well.

Really bad customer service , sending half order and saying we are delivering 20 mins early not accepting there mistake , so have pizza first and wait for your garlic bread which meant to be a starter wait for it . Not ready for refund showing really bad attitude never seen customer service like this in life. Gave a money and gave food back to them too. Never ordering from them again and going further to head office. Please everyone see their rating before ordering.i wish I could give big zero (0) star to them . They need to go on customs service training don’t know where the hell people like this come from and gets. Franchise 🤔
