Great service - very attentive. Great food - we both really enjoyed our meals

Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon with my daughter. A noticeable pleasant atmosphere amongst the staff which reflected in the warmth of the service. Jasmine was our waitress and she looked after us impeccably!

Food almost as excellent as ever. But by far the priciest of all the Pizza chains.Their garlic bread, dough balls, salads, pizzas, puddings and drinks are always very good. But now an annual treat rather than a monthly staple. Just too expensive.Back in the day their price and quality ensured they spread far and wide. In every major town.Those days are long gone. Now it's all about maximising the profit from their guests. No doubt their chain will slowly fade and die as fans realise that the costs now grossly outweigh the quality.No wonder they appear 90% empty most of the time. Pizza Express were a huge success story 20+ years ago. Packed all the time then. Fast forward to 2022 and the veritable cash cow is now over milked.

I ate at pizza Express today with my mum. It was the worst service and food we have ever had or eaten.My mum asked for pepper with our starters as it was not offered and the waitress just put the large pepper mill on the table for us to do it ourselves and walked away. Usually the waitress would do this service. My mums pasta dish was un edible and had a sour nasty taste so she sent it back. My spaghetti bolognaise came with penne pasta and not spaghetti and was tasteless. Again no Parmesan cheese was offered I had to ask for it. It came already done in a tiny pot and was funny tasting and far from fresh.The staff spent the whole time talking to each other and playing with there phones rather than looking after the few customers they did have. It’s not surprising it was empty in the restaurant.Don’t waste your time or money in this restaurant as it’s over priced poor quality food.

My son had a pizza making party here today.Great communication from the team prior to the party, and they were fantastic in facilitating a few last minute changes on the day.The kids had a great time, and Wayne led the session well.The price was more than fair for the experience.We would highly recommend.

First time in a few years that I have had the pleasure to dine in a pizza express, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the tweaks to the menu as well as the quality of food. Good value, good kids menu. I won't wait so long to visit again next time.

Excellent service, great atmosphere and fab food. Recommend the bbq burnt ends pizza especially.

Visited just before christmas and the toilet cleanliness was awful. Dirty doors. Sink tops looking brown through water damage. One toilet seemed to be storing dirty old ceiling tiles. Kids meals were unfortunately burnt but the pizzas were delicious. The waitresses were polite and friendly.

Lunch out with a large group of friends. Service was excellent; friendly, efficient and professional. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. Definitely recommend a visit.

I really enjoyed the vegan menu Pizza Express offers. Vegan pizza Veneziana was absolutely delicious and I came back for more. As for the carrot cake on the menu, it was great, moist and soft, though the portion was tiny. Service is fast - almost really express - and the staff was quite friendly. It's my favorite place in WGC.
