Food is generally quiet good, sometimes brilliant.Depending on the time of visit, the service can be ropey... however I've just visited again and had an excellent experience.Price wise, there are generally deals floating about the internet which make things very economic when it comes to the billDefinitely worth a visit!

A very neat, well spaced and an amazing restaurant, providing superb meal as well an excellent customer service. I will not only revisit but I will also recommend this amazing restaurant to everyone.

Main meals is not that expensive and just alright in standard. Desserts are fantastic! We had been serve by a very nice waitress during that busy time. The others might not be as nice as her, but there us nothing they had done wrong. It is just a busy time for them to even have smile on that day.

Been several times and was good but this time the salad was so old and limp it was non inedible. Found either a pubic hair or beard hair in it too.No burgers available even though we were the first in there.I'm not one to complain but was not even asked why i didn't eat the food.Staff were friendly though.

Good start to the evening ,waiting staff came to take order after just few mins, got our drinks then ordered food ,Starters arrived great, main meal arrive luke warm, I tried to get the attention of the waiter, after a while I gave up & took my plate to the service counter & was asked what the problem was. I said my plate was Hot? But my Food was Luke warm ???a replacement was called for......after about 30 mins, the other guest had finished there main & were thinking about desert.....so I canceled my main....as I do'nt like eating a course behind.....after that service dropped to zero..not good..

Really poor quality food. Ordered the penne arabiata which I normally love, this one tasted bland and like it had just had a tin of plum tomatoes poured over the pasta and then served up. Desert was just as bad ordered the chocolate brownie dome which tasted stale and stodgy and to top it off was served on a dirty plate! Had to send that back! Waitress took it of the bill but no alternative offered or regret expressed. The waitress wasn’t very helpful and had to look for staff for service. Not impressed.

Booked a table for 19:30, when we arrived we got told they had a big dinner party so we couldn't eat until after 20:00. I explained that we had booked to go to the cinema at 20:30 so just a main course would be fine. We got served our mains quickly (before our drinks) but then were asked to finish our drinks at the bar at 20:00 as there was other people waiting. I don't think it's acceptable to ask people to leave after 30 minutes whilst they had booked a table. No drinks or anything were offered. Very poor service.

Exquisite Experience. The meatballs were a great starter. Hardworking professional staff. The assistant manager carries the prezzo brand very professionally. Lovely decor and ambience. My personal score is 10/10

We were served by a lovely gentleman called Omar. He really helpful in explaining the menu to us in detail. The food was amazing but most importantly was the service that Omar and other staff members provided. Thank you for treating us as valued customers. Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed this prezzo's has gone very downhill. When arriving the waitress greeted us in grey leggings and dirty converse boots doesn't give the restaurant a welcoming start. When we had ordered our good came out under 10 minutes so we knew it had been microwaved or reheated somehow very quickly as the restaurant was empty and I always have the same and it always takes 20 minutes for the burger to be cooked. When l was eating the burger it had lots of fatty bits and griddle, we had near enough finished before the waitress came over to check on us when l told her she said you should have said well if she had come over earlier l would have but she was no where to be seen.This unfortunately will be the last time that l eat here very disappointed
