Having read the reviews I was excited to have a genuine local cafe near my house. Let's start at the beginning.Chicken/sweetcorn soup was good.Meaty spring roll jad little meat and too much chop suey and little else.Prawn toast was greasy with not enough prawn (I understand this is a pricey ingredient)Three roast meat was very poor and covered on sauce so you could not see how the meat looked (a bad sign) very dry char sui.The special noodles were OK. I don't think the noodles had been cooked spepratley so the broth tasted of noodle. The noodles themselves had clumped together. It's bad like special fried noodles in soup.I will give them 1 last try for dim sum but I hope for better. Certainly nothing like a hong kong local cafe.

Price is OK, food is nowhere like HK Cafe, chop suey taste raw and muddy, noodle hasn't rinse with hot water so it's smelly. The 3 BBQ meat dish covered with gravy because the meat is old and they deep fried them. Coffee just made out from cheap instant coffee ....etc I won't eat there again, it's bad.

One of the best value for money oriental in the area!Want to have bite of a decent Chinese? Are you in the area to eat some thing different from your usual soggy chips and fish? But not brake the bank? This is it then! Wide variety of food available, from noodles, dumplings, rice based dishes to sups.Clean and nice enough to enjoy your time in I would say , somehow family atmosphere...Yes it is not an oriental release of Ritz, or Heston Blumenthal, neither is the price tag asked, so no shame.Nothing more or less than a decent, naturally aspirated Chinese little restaurant and takeaway.Bon appetit! Best Chinese ever. So authentic and yummy, lovely staff too. Will always be a long term customer.

Delicious food at a great price, staff is very friendly. Only let down by the long wait when the place is busy.

One of my favourite restaurant in Herts. Hong Kong style! Staffs are friendly and nice! Reasonable price!

Best Chinese in hatfield. Eating in is really good; don't let the casual look of it put you off, they serve nice food for a quick bite including dim sum. My favourite is the quality of the duck πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Helpful staff and relatively quick service. Great value for money and quantity. Takeaway is also great. Never been disappointed!

Literally the best Chinese food in Herts. Owners are Hong kongers so they cook in genuine Hong Kong style. Staff are all bilingual so don't worry about the language problem you used to have when ordering Chinese food.

Probably the best Chinese in hatfield. Great takeaway and eat in restaurant. Really good food, excellent portion sizes, friendly staff, affordable price what's not to love.

The friendly service and a family atmosphere are fine and dandy, but you're going to go there for the food. Time after time I am amazed by the quality. Not a single person I've brought there has been disappointed. This is - hands down - the best place to eat in Hatfield.
