A fairly large store with a good selection. Upstairs you’ll find clothing & home as well as an Argos.Parking is free up to half an hour and I believe you can also waive the price if you spend money in store.I find that Sainsbury’s is always slightly pricier than most other supermarkets and I don’t think the quality is any better either.

Plenty of space argos upstairs, lots of clothes etc a great selection of food etc. And parking a big choice for shopping.

This store is huge on two levels. So much empty space. Very spacious and airy. Not like the usual sainsbury's

Big shop and lots of choices. Very impressive. Bit disappointing to find out the cafe/restaurant had closed but still had almost everything you need.

The store was perfectly fine. Well stocked, easy to get around. The parking however was an absolute nightmare. If you park on the lower floor it took us ages to fathom where to find the machine to validate the ticket. Once we'd done that, easy to find the car and exit.

Appalling. Asked for specific item sold more expensive item. Till staff did not offer a receipt and being in a rush as I had an elderly vulnerable adult waiting for me didn't notice. Called customer services who agreed I could return, they rang the store who refused as their staff did not offer me a receipt. Don't shop here often but will definitely not be going back. Advice to all, no matter what the price always ask for a receipt. Please note sainsbury welwyn garden city, I don't think I have ever given a 1 star to any business review and of I had an option of -5 stars you would have got the lot.

Good shop generally but Escalator out of order again. And lift out of order. Please open the changing rooms again. There is no reason to be shut anymore.

Bright, clean and spacious. Masses of customer parking. Centre of the town. The only one in the centre in fact.Extremely well laid out. All the rows and aisles logical and accessible.Rarely find an out of stock situation with continuous refills and good stock awareness.Cheerful and helpful roving staff always happy to guide and inform.A pleasant supermarket experience in a very central location. Too many out of town supermarkets these days - congratulations to Sainsbury's for this excellent example of a high street supermarket.

First time visiting this Sainsbury's today. I was impressed. The store was big, bright, fresh and clean. The shelves were stocked and plenty of various items to buy. The Habitat range is lovely, and some beautiful clothes for all the family. There is a Cafe, Argos, explore learning, plus many more within the store.

Nice, clean place.Easy to park. Was travelling past and needed to pick something up from my local argos but would never have made it in time, so we've used this one, very good, flat escalator if you legs are hurting, large lifts for wheelchairs too!
