Good service but I wish the chips were put in a drainer after frying as they are always dripping with dark oil ? I miss the good old paper wrap, card board boxes just make it all sweaty.

Great service from brilliant staff. Using their app is so simple and means you don't have order and then hang about. The cod and plaice are always beautifully cooked and my children go mad for the saveloys!!You also earn loyalty points through the app, which gives you money off vouchers.

Great local Fish N Chippy in Hatfield.Gets very busy and also has an app to make orders ahead.We ordered on App great process quick..the only very small problem was the fact the order was not ready at time specified. I can understand why as some people can be late or the shop is busy as it was when we went to collect.Food was Hot and fresh and tasted great. All in all great x

Ordered small chips from here twice and they're amazing, crispy outside and soft inside, very hot and fresh. Generous portion and ready instantly both times. Top notch will definitely be coming back!

Everyone in Hatfield loves it. They even get orders from St. Albans and Welwyn garden city. Basically fish and chips. They also do beef and pork.

I bought two large portions of chips this evening for my wife and myself. They tasted bad and were really awful. It was so bad I threw them in the bin. They were definitely not fresh. They tasted vile. I was so disappointed with the quality of the chips that I threw them in the bin. I will stick to my home made chips in the future which are freshly cooked with real potatoes.

First time ordering from here. Had a large cod and chips, had to wait 10 mins to order them another 10 mins for food. The cod was flat as a pancake would have expected a chunky cod when ordering a large so was disappointing really. Half of chips were nice, half were dry and over cooked. Not sure if I'll be back

Easy to order online and collect. Staff were friendly and efficient - got my order exactly on time as per the ETA online. Store was clean and well organised. Generous portion sizes, haddock was really fresh, crisp, golden and not drenched in oil which meant it kept its crisp through the journey home.
