Quite decent staff, went to this coffee shop few times. They don't always have cold drinks I prefer available. By time I visited the outside sitting area was closed, was little bit disappointed but was nice quiet and good experience this time round.

Very rude staff , I ordered iced coffee , hot chocolate, some cookies, I asked them I'll dine in , but they gave me take out, table was unclean, as you can see on the pictures.

A chill cafe in the Howardsgate mall at Welwyn Garden City to get your coffee fix, and some nice pastries. The cafe is strategically located with enough indoor and an outdoor space overlooking the Howardsgate and garden

Lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by. Friendly, efficient and great choice of drinks

Great terrace, too bad the tables don't get cleaned (none did in the time I spent there, people just push stuff onto other empty tables when they arrive), and the coffee is not great. I wish they switched the location with Nero that only has 3 always occupied outdoor tables.

Had 5 minutes before my train asked for a quick coffee staff agreed to provide such then proceed to work at a pedestrian pace had to leave with no coffee no refund and the fact that the overriding reality is Starbucks at Welwyn is just a poor representation of the brand and the perception that this Starbucks listens too or is focused on customer in any way in not true .

Mate this place is the worst Starbucks in the county. Possibly the country. Absolutely mortified by the service I received. Food was cold. Order was wrong. Don’t answer the phone. Stay as far away from this place as possible, don’t go near it w a 10 foot pole otherwise u might catch aids.

ordered the “signature breakfast sandwich” on just eat. For starters, it was cold. Secondly, there was no egg in the sandwhich. Thirdly, i put in the note to the restaurant for there to be no tomato/tomato sauce to be in the bap but they had still put it in. terrible customer service

Unpleasantly surprised today. I'm not usually someone who complains but this is a big corperate brand and I hoped for a bit more attentiveness and understanding to allergens. Upon enquiring whether a drink was gluten free (one of our group has coeliac disease) and was laughed at by the red haired senior staff member. Me and my friend both work in hospitality and are aware that thorough allergen training is essential when working with food and drink. If they confessed to not knowing but were nice to us, we would've understood and joked along. However given that I'm lactose intolerant and have had my order made with whole milk recently by a staff member (despite double checking for soy milk) as well as this reaction to a health condition it's not acceptable. We had to direct the workers to check their allergy book to make sure, something that they should've known to do. They flicked through then handed it to us to check rather than checking themselves.Management please provide workers with better access to allergen training and make sure senior members take customers health seriously (and with a bit more kindness too). Also, we all chat at work and like to have a good time socialising with co workers, however when taking orders and making drinks, I think focusing on the job would help in getting orders right and talking to customers might help them feel more welcome.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the staff - that they swear at customers. Do not recommend.
