TGF Pizza in Welwyn Hatfield

Ordered a chicken pizza from the place and initially it seemed okay but then later on, I started feeling seriously sick and it turned out that I got food poisoning; I was having bad diarrhea, a painful stomach ache, several major throw ups and at one point, I was struggling to breathe. Just writing this review about this place makes me feel sick, just stay away from this place.

TGF Pizza in Hatfield is Halaal. I have been ordering Pizza from here for couple of years now. I never got disappointed with their Pizza. Pizza is scrumptious and hot. They have wide variety of Pizzas both Veg and Non-veg. Thin crust Pizza are really good. You should give it a try.Note: They have only take away or deliver service You can't dine-in here.

I do the order online , and I call after 1 hour to check why don't arrive, and they don't start to prepare pizza. I request the refund , but don't give to me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE TEAM FROM HATFIELD

Do not order from this place please trust me, I have been in Hatfield for 36 years and ordered from here many times. Unfortunately last night on my sons birthday it was inedible and I called them to let them know the pizza was soggy and so undercooked that the meat was almost crawling off each slice. They never put any pizza sauce on either pizza were obviously in a rush or someone less experienced had made the pizza. They went to the extent of lying to me saying they checked their CCTV on who made them but I know full well as I work as head if security and collected many times from there that is not the case. Pathetic and god knows what else they are willing to do to get the job done. This was an honest complaint from a long term customer you have now lost guys and this is something that I hate wasting my little spare time on complaining on a review site but now it means war. You guys are going to go out of business and out of work for letting honest decent people down and my honest lobely son who chose his birthday meal to be from you and after all my attempts you have laughed me off and not resurrected the honest complaint. AS an Italian chef myself I was rather pleasantly surprised by the exquisite quality of this divine pizza not to mention the fact it only cost me TWO WHOLE QUID!!!!!!!!!!! highly recommend

Pizza had items id asked them to take off, we paid for cheese and pepperoni crust but we judt got cheese crust (an extra £2!!). The 'cinniballs' dont taste at all like cinnamon and were mostly burnt. My brothee is allergic to peppers and them leaving the peppers on meant my brother couldnt have any, ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!

Ordered from the Hatfield branch, pizza arrived hot and on time. Was delivered by a polite man who allowed me to take the box out of the bag ( as to minimise contact) and it was absolutely divine!! First time trying TGF and certainly won’t be the last!

If you're not in a hurry it's good. Pizza was 40 minutes late which was annoying and they didn't provide any updates as to where it wasThe pizza itself is reasonably priced and tasty. The crust was a bit thicker than my liking but that's just personal preference.I was quite put off by the reviews I've seen, however the pizza we had was cooked perfectly and somehow still arrived warm.Customer service- not so greatPizza - okay

Had a deliciously meaty stuffed crust hidden on our VEGETARIAN pizza. My partner's throwing up as I angrily type, having been vegetarian since birth.
