The Bakehouse in Welwyn Hatfield

I have been working n to the Bakehouse a few times since the change of management. The team are always friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere lovely. I've had dinner with a friend, when we were served by Charlotte and Zoe, they were lovely and spent time chatting with us making us feel valued customers, the food was delicious too. Great portion sizes. I've also been in for afternoon refreshments, again service with a smile...would recommend and will be back. Thank you to all the team.

This is a great place for so many things. The music quiz on a Thursday is becoming legendary and so are the Friday night discos if you fancy a boogie and a cocktail.A special mention of Jessica and the team for always offering great service.Their recent menu changes have been a great addition I can highly recommend the Fish and Chips, Pizza and burgers.Can’t wait for some more nicer weather so I can enjoy the garden.

I came to the bakehouse for a night out last Friday. The atmosphere and the venue was amazing. Lots of different ages of people younger and older. DJ was good and played a good variety of music. Being that it was open till 2:30 there is usually trouble that kicks off in most places but the bakehouse was just good fun. And there was a great member of staff called Ellie. We are the best. Will definitely come back.

I went in the bake house for the first time the other day and my experience was fully made by the lovely Marnie (the ginger one) who could not of done more to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time there. I can not fault how polite and friendly she was, I hope my next visit she will be there and I can have a great experience again!Bake house you truly have an amazing member of staff.

This really has had such a turn around since new ownership! I went before lockdown and the atmosphere really wasn't one I enjoyed. However now it's a great place to take the family or catch up with friends in the day time for some delicious food/drinks. However come the weekend is my new favourite spot for a night out with friends, great music and competitively priced drinks close to public transport links!!

Both me and my partner have been to The Bakehouse a few times over the past couple of months, it has become a favourite of ours very quickly. The food is of a good standard and I have mostly enjoyed the chicken burgers, but it is a good all round menu that is family friendly and good on the wallet.The staff here are wonderful, today we had the lovely Charlotte, Elle and Amy serving a table of 14 and they managed the service to a great standard.The table service helps to make the whole experience better.If I had one thing I would recommend as a improvement, I'd say a better wine selection would be good.Thank you to all the team at The Bakehouse.

Had a wonderful time here.Staff very courteous and cheerful. Happy atmosphere all round.Music not too loud and choices pleasant for a local.Will highly recommend if in the area.

A really good restaurant serving great food + there are EV charges in the car park - Ideal!!! Highly recommended

Went here today with my two kids after having a lovely skate at Roller city. Service with a grimace, seriously the staff need to smile,it was like a mortuary. It was too complicated to remove veg from the kids burgers, the desert portions were tiny and I think we were sat next to John the racist with his Mrs..oh joy.Nice taste and swift service good value for money. I would definitely go again.Play area indoors and outdoors.

Me and my bestie had a lovely time here today. The outdoor seating is convenient and cozy. The wine was delicious and the food was good. 4 stars because it seems like it clearly needs more staff, the girls were a bit pressured, but they did their best. Thank you!
