Not a huge chippy fan.... but guys i had special fish and the supper was 1st class !!!White pudd and buttered rolls also delicious according to familyParking nearby,plus seating by harbour and seaFriendly staffVery clean and modern, 🐳🐟🐙

Ordered kebabs from here. When it arrived, the pitta bread was rock solid, and you have to heat it yourself, slice it then make your own. The sauces that came with it were open and all over the inside. When I spoke on the phone I was told that’s how they do you make your own up, as it’s quicker for them, even when mentioned that pitta bread rock solid , not their problem. When I complained I had a very nasty server who said that’s how we do it you make yourself. I asked for it to be collected and a refund after huffing and puffing agreed. The driver who arrived was very apologetic, but said was instructed not to refund delivery charge. So I went to the shop and the girl that was on the phone started shouting and using foul abusive language, then shouting people are laughing at you, I pointed out that she was the one shouting and using disgusting language in front of other customers, when a customer is complained which I think that’s why , but more of embarrassment. When I spoke to the owner about allowing his staff to use foul language and shout at a complaining customer , he shouted don’t stare at me, I pointed out when speaking to someone it’s natural to look at someone your talking too, as people don’t speak with eyes shut. The owner then went to the till and threw the money at me, then told me not to use them again, which I replied i wouldn’t, then he started calling me abusive names in front of other customers. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and they are a disgrace but obviously find it acceptable to abuse customers with complaints, would seriously recommend to stay away from this disgusting place , because if they are not happy they just shout and be abusive

My other half had the fish and chips from here. He said the fish was perfect the chips were lovely too. Going by the queues at this shop, the food has to be good. Talking to the locals, they all had glowing reports about this place.

We have placed a few orders from here in the past ( the past were great) unfortunately the last two times have been awful.The first time we spent £90 as we had family around and it was mediocre but we let it go as maybe having a bad night.The second time it was again around £90 and was worse it got binned.The pizza’s were burned the chicken pakora you couldn’t eat as they were rock solid, chips were ice cold same as the rest. I did call and make a complaint and next time we would get a good deal - Good Deal never happened!

Delicious Fish & Chips for £9.00.I have to say, it's the nicest batter and freshest fish, I have had for a long time.Good experience as the service was also excellent.

Food is always amazing. Gave us a bottle of chip shop sauce with our order tonight, much appreciated. Never fail to impress, definitely recommend.

Received this supposed ‘gourmet burger’ , which apart from looking vile and falling apart was saturated in fat, then to add insult to injury when I called to complain about the appalling state of the food received, I was talked down to, patronised and offered no apology. Have been a loyal customer for decades now, but no longer after this abysmal service , will take my loyal custom elsewhere in future

Top drawer. Hit it at peak time so a little wait but 100% worth it. Felt very busy and they were really on top of a blizzard of orders. Excellent staff, wonderful food.
