Food is always piping hot on delivery, friendly helpful staff and reasonable waiting times. Recommended!

I give them the benefit of the doubt as ive worked in kitchens a lot and know how busy it can be but i ordered from here for meerley a chicken noodle soup, chips and prawcrackers. all very easy and quick things to make especialy since ive made all of them myself before. then for just eat to tell me they where on there way at half past 5 and i was still waiting till 20 past 6 when i made my order at half 4, i think this is rediculous and i wont be buying from them again even if the food itself was up to standard. prawn crackers take 30 seconds to cook chips take 5 mins in a deep fat fryer and soup you should have a basic set up allready at the perfect temperature on the go like all kitchens I've worked in which again 30 seconds to a minute to get the extras heated and the soup poured. theres no excuse that this meal could have taken no more than 10 20 mins to get done 40 minsfor business and then a further 10 15 mins for delivery since the distance is not that far away, i know as i travel further than haddington for my work every day. but i had to wait a further 55 mins almost an hour which is ridiculous they only have 2stars instead of one for the food still being warm.

We've been going here regularly for over a decade. The standard is consistently excellent, the welcome warm and the ambience relaxing. Highly recommended.

Got the spicey chille pork Cantonese style tonight, 3 tiny bits of pork and a kilo of veg, not happy!

One of the best restaurants for Chinese food I've been to ,generous portions and great staff ,would certainly recommend, witnessed the staff being very accommodating for a customers allergies

When here for a sit in meal and the service was good although with one hiccup which was acknowledged by the staff. Food arrived piping hot and was very tasty, good portion size too. Only real criticism is the price of the food, £4.50 for a portion of thin noodles is quite extensive in my opinion.

Ordered a takeaway ribs and soup where nice, chicken yellow bean sauce and cashews bland gloopy sauce. Szechuan chicken supposed to hot again bland and gloopy not in the least bit hot or any hint of spice. Can't recommend it,

We are back at our caravan at Aberlady and fancied a Chinese, we were recommended to try China Garden from Andrew Dyer. It was so good we really enjoyed it the food was great. One of the best Chinese we have ever had. 10 out of 10. Definitely our favourite from now on.ThanksMr Mrs Sher

One of the worst frid rice I ever had. I ordered a beef fride rice, and as ordered they gave me just fride rice and beef, no Chinese tastes. All items too expensive when compared with other Chinese restaurants in Haddington. £££££

We ordered food for delivery, and were told it would be one hour which we agreed to. One hour and 50 minutes later, and 2 phone calls to check, we finally got our food. Chicken satay, no peanut sauce, more like a peppery gravy? Not good quality chicken. Singapore noodles which were very dry, but who knows how long they had been cooked. I will not order or eat food from this restaurant again.
