Really good, friendly and speedy service. I've been a bit in the last couple of years and so far it's always been positive visits. Enjoyed our coffee and snacks in the outdoors today

Costa coffee musselburgh an absolute joke waited over 10minutes for them to serve 2 people order wss wrong and when informed I was spoken to in a disgusting manner. Would have been quicker going to handpick the beans in Columbia myself

About 15 mins to get served, they had then forgotten the order and needed reminded, lot of dirty tables and the track and trace numbers on tables were mostly missing.So much worse than last time here and wont be back.

Order had to be returned as drink was not made to order ,then when remade the drink it was cold,ended up leaving my drink as did My freind wasn't happy at all , complete waste of money as we had bought a bite to eat with our drinks but as they had been returned and then served Luke warm after correction of order we didn't even eat all our snacks as they were now cold,poor service staff weren't freindly and was kept waiting for 5 minute's (even though only 1 person in front of me who had already been served) before being served1 staff was making coffee and the girl was busy writing something n Told me to hang on for couple of minutes ,I'm a regular of Costa coffee and i get first class service all the time from st Andrews square , this has got to be my worst experience ever with Costa ,in my opinion it gives Very poor representation of your company

Amazing food and drink but the customer service is nearly always an issue had a drink made wrong and treated like it was our fault. There’s a regular worker who holds up the queue and asks very unprofessional in front of customers

Here ar 2pm on a tuesday and really disappointed. Staff mumble rather than speak so I struggled to hear or understand. They made me the wrong coffee and even the corrected order was executed poorly with really badly steamed milk. 2 inches of foam and no actual textured milk on a latte isnt ideal.. I ordered lemon drizzle cake which was stale.There were no clean tables, plenty of free tables but they all had used cups and plates on them.Such a shame as I was looking forward to the treat of a nice coffee and piece of cake.
