Gullane Super Fry in East Lothian

A small restaurant but with a nice ambiance. Good food and excellent coffee. The only negative point is the Ladies/ Disabled Toilet needs renovation or replacement.

Very decent fish and chips. Very quick service.

Had food from here last night and me and my daughter have both been sick because of it. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Best chip shop locally, fish supper and pizzas were very tasty and higher quality than most places. Always a treat when visiting!

Called in during a day trip to Gullane for fish and chips. Just had small supper fish and chips which weren't small, delicious hot chips and nice white fish in a thin crispy batter. Excellent food, and they also do a range of different fish together with pizzas and soft drinks.

Best fish and chips we've had in a while ,cooked while we waited,friendly service I highly recommend going if you're in Gulane.

Just ordered 10inch pizza and chips. Order was £20 and I was happy to pay it. I ordered online as was using a card payment. But when it arrived half the chips where frozen and white and pizza base was uncooked and flopping right over. I phoned the super fry and asked for the manager. When he came on the phone I explained what had happened and said I did not expect what I was given. To which he replied what where you expecting. I replied by saying not frozen chips and half cooked pizza. Absolutely shocking. Very ignorant manager with no customer service skills. We asked that the driver come back and get it and take it back to show we where not lying. But the manager kept on arguing back saying they don't do frozen chips. So the requested for the delivery person to come back was not upheld. Very disappointed. Feel totally ripped off and definitely not be back.

Avoid this place, I was overcharged and when I phoned to query it with the manager he first of all denied it. When I pointed out the price difference from the menu I had just picked up he then said it was an old menu. When I told him that he cannot charge higher than it says on the menu his reply in no uncertain terms. " he can charge what he likes." Unscrupulous and rip off. Don't use somewhere that has such disregard for customers. I was a regular customer and you've lost my custom forever .not to mention the fact that I fully intend reporting you.
