McDonalds in East Lothian

Whatever happened to service with a smile... Or wearing clothing that fits and is not falling down and showing the crack of your [email protected] is consistently cold, thrown into the bag or missing items of food...I have complained so many times but nothing ever changes...The hygiene leads a lot to be desired the last time I went in my walking stick slipped on some tomato sauce and I ended up putting my back out... When i said something the girl just rolled her eyes and sighed... I get you were busy but that was dangerous...I can't understand why nothing changes... But I will be contacting their head office because this is just ridiculous...

The food was cold didn't release at first but had left, don't no how it was cold as it was quite busy. Anyway ill not return in a hurry or at any rate really. Should of known better pay cheap get cheap quality

Apart from the polite and helpful young man that served us, everything was awful. Overflowing bins, filthy tables, toilets either closed or with paper and urine all over the floor, and tepid food served in boxes so greasy the boxes themselves were on the point of collapse and the outer bag stained everything it touched, all cooked by a woefully apathetic person shuffling about, casually throwing items into the fryer with no care whatsoever, moaning loudly and not even bothering to wear a uniform, just a disgustingly greasy t-shirt. Extremely unimpressed.

Self serve order boards not working and staff too busy chatting to colleagues to be bothered to serve or take orders , when eventually got to order staff nit very helpful and table service was made unavailable due to table service numbers removed so could not be used as a disabled customer using crutches to aid walking table service is very helpful but made unavailable.Not one I will visit again

Food missing . HAIR IN SALAD !!!! Hubby went to tell manager who said it was a pink hair and no staff there with pink hair. IT WAS BROWN !! Think he was colourblind. Gv us 1.09 compensation. Think he thought I'd planted it in myself. Dirtiest mcdonalds . Staff miserable but not surprised working for a manager like that. Never leave reviews but this place bad !!!

Got to be the worst McDonalds in the country. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items. Quality is poor. Very rarely have Ice in their drinks. However, always seems clean.

We wanted to sit in original but this has the be the dirtiest Mc Donald’s we have ever been to. Asked a member of staff if they could get someone to clean the toilets and it was about as clean as a tipping shed and the toilets where blocked and gave the I don’t care look back. Stay away not worth it

Rubbish cold food wich I have to wait extra 5min no other customer in queue. Burger cold and old fries. Unhappy staff.

Food was as tasty and fast as you'd expect a McDonald's, however the hamburger in the happy meal looked as if it had been placed on the bench and punched, and we had selected a book rather than a toy and what we got was a folded sheet of paper with drawings on to colour in like they give out to entertain kids!! Hence 4 stars rather than 5

Visited on Sunday 15th August 9:30pm, bought happy meals and an apple pie. 12 hours later my son was violently sick, I was sick not long after. Would NOT recommend. Either food poisoning or a bug from touching a dirty surface like the touch screens or using toilets. Avoid!!! Pic of my son who fell asleep on the floor after being sick.
