We had lunch at the Old Aberlady Inn on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was delicious with a very good selection of starters, mains, desserts and drinks. Shame we didn't have room for the Belgian waffles, next time!Service on Saturday from Michael and his team was friendly and very professional. The Inn has well decorated and cosy drinking and dining spaces but also a sunny conservatory plus a back garden for the warmer months. Looking forward to returning when we can. Recommended!

Loved it, what a find, absolutely outstanding, extremely clean, very atentative staff and the the new owners couldn't be more helpful and friendly.Wonderful decor and food to die for. Haggis Bon Bons are a must try, along with their cooked breakfast, which you need to order the night before as they buy the ingredients fresh per order each morning.Mega impressed. Will 100% be back. Thank You.

I only stayed for one night, dinner was nice, good atmosphere, good rooms for the price. Parking wasn't great because it is on the main street not private but we found a place right in front, possibly because it is in January though might be more difficult in summer.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December with my dog, mum & sister. The room was a good size with little touches bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The staff were all amazing staff so attentive, welcoming, friendly really made the stay the 5 stars. The food was lovely and the breakfast was fab never ate again till 8 that night big potions and superb quality. Extremely dog friendly and made my little lady coco very much at home and have lovely treats behind the bar. Will definitely be back next year as we had a lovely stay and the staff were key and really make this place 5 stars.

A great place for breakfast and lunch. It's not very often you get good coffee but the coffee here seemed really good. Could not fault the full Scottish breakfast. Great value for money. Warm croissants, fruit and yoghurt also on offer. Friendly service and great atmosphere.Visited again for Christmas lunch, received the same friendly service and the food was lovely. It would be nice if children's portions of the main menu were on offer as not all children want to eat chicken nuggets/chips and the adult portions are too big.

Fabulous stay for three nights, great friendly customer service by all staff. Very covid safe with hand cleanser on each table in the pub,the same in our room plus two clean masks and a packet of hard service wipes. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and meals on an evening were of a high standard and very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the Old Aberlady Inn and would love to stay again.

Stayed in October, I had been on a ship and got to the pub at 8 pm, signed in great room and bed. Dram and pint off to bed and nice breakfast in the morning. Staff were excellent.

I ordered a spicy bean burger I received a veggie haggis burger. When I asked if my order was wrong I was told that the haggis burger is the same as the spicy bean burger. No apology or even the slightest recognition of giving me something that I didn’t order. Poor customer service ….

Great base if you're planning a golfing trip. Within 15 minutes of some of Scotland's best courses. Would recommend to others. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed to see all the low reviews before visiting but, I couldn't really ask for more for the price (not really sure what others were expecting for such a fair price). All in all a very well ran inn with a friendly team, good food and fair prices. Thanks guy's enjoyed my stay with you.
