Poonthais in East Lothian

I used to come to Poonthai a few times a week for a quick and easy lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always put a smile on my face.

Excellent food, absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again soon! (Big thanks for the free beverage with our order, very kind).

Very tidy place with lovely staff. More than helpful with gluten free options and assistance with items for a toddler. Tasty food would certainly reccomnd and I'd happily return next time I'm in the area ☺️ thank you all

Overall disgusting. Human hair found in the soup, spoke to them, she said bring it back and we give you 50% refund. Basically accepting there disgusting process. Also no chicken in the soup, and Mice droppings all over kitchen. Environmental health dept required to solve this issue with filthy restaurants and takeaways.

The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I especially love the outdoor seating area which is a little taste of Thailand in North Berwick.

We always visit this restaurant when we visit North Berwick and we have never been disappointed. Great food and friendly staff.

Fantastic food, great service. We sat outside and it was really lovely.

Always wonderful service and delicious food choices. Well worth a meal in house or a carry out

Fabulous food, fantastic service and a lovely garden area so that you can have a drink with your meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant 💕

Very average food was not overwhelmed by flavour. The staff were very friendly and they do have a lovely garden out that back that you would need to book I'm advance to secure a table. The food was not hugely flavoursome and lacked the real zing of other Thai places I've had. It was cheap and cheerful food but don't expect a life changing experience.
