Restaurant at Goblin Ha' @ Gifford in East Lothian

Disappointed with lunch today chips etc cold dessert wasn’t any better and no staff had 😷 on

Great country pub and restaurant. Food great, atmosphere and staff fabulous. Liked it so much we're making a special trip from Glasgow in a few weeks time to eat here again.

Had a nice meal. Grandchild was offered a box of crayons to use but 90% of them were broken. However, did not detract from a very pleasant visit

Spent a night here, not a fault atall. Staff really friendly the food was lovely and rooms perfect to get your head down for the night, all fairly priced aswell. The restaurant/bar is absolutely lovely, very surprising how large the place is. Hidden wee gem.

Very Poor quality food, staff are lovely though. Don't order the risotto it's inedible, the vegan burger was actually decent but not sure if the coleslaw with it is vegan. The vodka rigatoni was so overcooked it just fell off the fork and the sauce was super watery. Cocktails not worth it.

Pleasantly surprised how good out meal was and reasonably priced. Very welcoming to our dog who was presented with a bowl of iced water. We live 200 miles away but will come back next time we are in the area

Went here with my friends for a nice dinner. The Service was very nice and accomodating. The Food was not so much. We ordered the Vegan Burger, chilli fries, the mushroom risotto and vodka rigatoni. The Burger was okay. The Pasta was clearly frozen and put in a microwave, the sauce was incredibly waters and the pasta was overcooked. The Mushroom Risotto was advertised as containing 4 different Mushrooms but it contained only one. The Garlic Flavour of the sauce was really overwhelming, the rice tasted exactly like microwave rice from the pre cooked meals that you get at the supermarket. Not to mention that it was incredibly bland.So, no matter how cool the name of this establishment is, do not come here to eat

We had a lovely time at Goblin Ha' - the attentive and friendly team were absolutely wonderful and made us feel really welcome. Our food was delicious and the children's menu's and portions were excellent. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the lady who took our order came back with colouring books and pencils for my three boys. I thoroughly recommended Goblin Ha' we'll be back!

Fantastic service, really attentive. Had amazing meals every time we've been & the atmosphere was great.

Had a lovely meal for 2 adults and a child. Pleasant, friendly and happy staff. Clean and modern. Upon request had small toys for toddler. Food was tasty and hot. Had an admin area in the main drinking area which is an unusual feature.
