Very nice shop and cafe. Nice staff, great choice. Chips were a bit naff sadly. Tad undercooked

We go mostly for the food when we're down that neck of the woods. Saying that, the garden furniture and some of the other "stuff" look really good but I'm no expert so I've no idea if it's expensive or not. Remember though, you get what you pay for!For the food I usually get fish and chips which I love. This time... Cumberland sausages in a giant Yorkshire pudding... possibly my new favourite!I'll take a picture next time, that seems to be what you're supposed to do.And aye..... there will be a next time 😊

Nice wee garden centre with a semi-enclosed outdoor seating area which allows you to take your dog in for a bite to eat 🐶 We'd been for a nice walk at Tyninghame and decided to go in for some lunch having visited a couple of times previously and enjoyed it, so this was the first visit for a while. The food was very nice, and like other people have mentioned the chips are pretty good! The menu varied slightly from the one on the website but what we had we enjoyed; unfortunately we got there later and two of the dishes we had initially ordered weren't available, so recommend that you get there early if you want something specific that's popular!Understandably there were a few niggly things — for us it was just a case of being disappointed to miss out on dessert as we couldn't wait much longer for them to come take our order so we didn't bother, but with covid restrictions and staffing shortages etc you can expect that things don't always run smoothly, and there was nothing that would put us off returning - not the end of the world, and we were there later than the usual lunchtime so that might've been a factor.Despite that the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area. Even managed to get a few Christmas pressies - one which I had seen online, but I saved a few quid buying it here and much happier to support an independent business than amazon.Would've been 5 stars had it not been for the few niggles but would still recommend it to anyone.

The food is not as good as it used to be.Cafe staff obviously not been trained properly now that it's table service. Sitting waiting for ages then having to flag someone down to take your order. Didn't clear the table either. We'd put all the used things on a tray while waiting on coffee and cake. Staff just left them sitting, didn't take the tray away when they brought the cake out.

Wonderful Afternoon Tea. Delicious sandwich fingers. Gorgeous Cranachan and yummy cakes. Staff were lovely too.

A huge selection of indoor & outdoor plants, a wall of seeds to choose from, a large cafe with play area for small children. The staff are friendly and Catherine has a wealth of plant knowledge! There are lots of gift items, candles, kids toys, shoes, clothing and even very nice jewellery! Don't forget the miniature garden fairys & knomes (Inc fairy doors, mini bridges, ladders & more) I think this place has everything! Enjoy :)
