The Library at The Open Arms Hotel in East Lothian

Been to the Open Arms often, always enjoy our visit. Food as usual excellent with a varied menu. Staff very friendly and accommodating, I am happy to recommend this lovely hotel.

Postponed Christmas work meal. Fantastic venue, delicious feed. Professional, friendly and helpful staff.

The stand out things about this hotel are the very friendly and helpful team and the fabulous food both dinner and breakfast.Terrific value for money, sweet location and a cosy interior. Loved it.

Absolutely charming little hotel in beautiful Dirleton. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food was also very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed at the Open Arms for 3 nights the food is amazing, the beds are very comfy but most important the staff are fantastic nothing is a problem we will definitely come back. Thank you.

Had lunch today in this comfortable small hotel. Food excellent with a wide choice on the menu and the staff were friendly and very efficient. Tables well spread out and the room was well ventilated. A very enjoyable lunch.

I visited the restaurant for the first time with family. We received a friendly welcome and an invite to have pre-lunch drinks in the lounge. The decor in the lounge was lovely and quite a bit different to the restaurant. The food menu had a good variety of dishes, something to suit everyone and reasonably priced.My only grumble is that there are only two draught beers, Belhaven Best and Tennents lager.

Absolutely beautiful lunch this afternoon with my family! Food very well presented and lots of choices. Delighted with gluten free options for myself! Staff and service first class! We really liked the fact we could enjoy our coffee in the lounge by the fire. Certainly will return!

Well worth a visit.A good setting, car park and we'll set out to provide good social distancing for customers, staff and residents alike.The food was delicious, reasonable portions and well presented.The toilets are disable friendly and cleaned after every use.The staff are very good and a credit to the premises and owners. A definite feel good factor for patrons.
