Great food pleasant staff and food always prepared on order so always hot

Food and pricing are fine, not really any complaints there, though I am not a fan of the Chips coming in a Styrofoam box, the heat and grease start to melt/meld in to the box which makes it unappealing to eat. But as I said, food and pricing is for sure fine.I would only really recommend ordering from them if you are local and pick-up or through the JustEat app.I say this as it has been proven by myself over various visits that they do not look at the print-out they receive on an order.To start, the orders when done via their app and website are normally pretty late, why I mentioned that you're safer ordering over JustEat.But more to my main point, the service you receive is lacking. Orders have been wrong, and when I call various times (after getting hung up on) to get compensation for the mistake, I am asked when I can pick up again (When I order delivery) and then am told I can get what I was supposed to have for free the next time I order, I leave a note on the print-out order, never did receive my compensation, this was over a few orders.And, what compelled me to write this review today, I placed an order for pick-up and had the time labelled for an 8pm collection (an hour and a bits time from now, as I wanted to walk to grab it). I arrive at 7:30, half an hour early, and am greeted with a (once he knew who I was): "You're late for order." When I then informed the dude behind the counter that I ordered for a 8pm pick-up, I was met with a small okay and not even a look at the ticket.My Mrs enjoys the food she gets, and it is fine for sure, but I sadly won't be returning as the service is just not up to par and that is a shame, if I hear good news about the service down the line I may return.

The taste of pizza and garlic bread has been changed recently in few months. I thought it may be one time issue but have 3 orders recently and all were not great so changing from 5 star to 3Also see the garlic bread ordered today 25th Feb. Its burnt and still given for take away. Thought to return but my kid is hungry and we had few pieces and binned it

Disregard for dietary requirements almost killed my partner.This is what to expect from this restaurant, together with bad customer service and staff barely speaking English.My partner has an allergy to sweetcorn, so after ordering a vegetable calzone via "Just Eat", I phoned up the restaurant to flag up a dietary requirement - as explicitly stated by Just Eat policies, i.e. a calzone without sweetcorn.But the calzone was with sweetcorn and my partner was saved only because she divided it in 2 for eating it. We phoned them up to explain the situation.They first denied we had an order with them, then denied I had expressed any dietary requirement, then blamed miscommunication and finally said it was not remediable as the kitchen was closed.I called the day after but the restaurant ignored my calls. Then again the day after and I managed to arrange a delivery at my place, stating 5 times "no sweetcorn".The driver arrived without a card reader, even though the original order was by card. I offered my phone to the driver to contact the restaurant and sort the situation, but all I got from that act of kindness was getting shouted at via phone for not advising I'd have to pay by card, then getting blamed my card is inexistent and expired, although the driver communicated himself the numbers in Turkish and could see the card himself as I did the same.Not only they did not apologise for the inconvenience, but instead blamed me for their technical problems and suggested no remediation.I have been a customer for 2 years, but after this, they really deserve to close.

I had the chicken kebab with pitta and salad. The reason for the three-star is that the chicken was quite tough. I didn't like the texture. It tasted as if it had been cooked frozen. Wouldn't get that again.

After reading through other reviews I've came to the conclusion that most of the positive reviews are fake, staff have bad attitude, food is often very late, food is either wrong or low quality. Don't waste your money here

Staff are rude, waited 2 hours for food and they hadn't even started making it after my second phone call, not the first time I've had issues here, the food is often cold, the wrong order has been sent before, items are often missing, there are much better takeaways out there honestly don't waste your money

Had munchy Box was surprised that it was really fresh! Most of the time you get grease and oil in other takeaway shops. Definitely will order more in future.

I must say, they have lost control on their behaviour. Everyone in staff just try to make you feel that its YOU who need them. You have any concern/question with the order, payment option or the price variation, don't ask, becuase this place has only One straight answer for you; "next time you can go somewhere else, no need to come here".Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Just amazing 👌 I have been ordering from Ali's for a long time now. Never disappointed. Fast delivery and delicious food always 😁
