Angelo's in Edinburgh

I have been to this Chippy four or five times now, the staff are really great and helpful. The donnar meat was good too and that’s a rarity these days.I had a pizza last night and enjoyed it as-well.

Ordered food at 22.05 tonight and very impressed it was here within 10 minutes great service and food

Can you tell me what the difference is between a large and a small donner kebab?? Just the price is it? Exactly the same amount of food in each of them!

Customer service is rubbish. I was waiting for my fish supper for 25 minutes. The woman at the counter was serving all the delivery drivers first than she started to serve all those people who arrived after me. She said I need to wait because the fish is frying still but every time when one was ready she gave to some one else. I just walked out after a while. I don't recommend this place

My favourite chippy. Best fish and chips. And the staff are great. Great all round

Food is fantastic, have never had a complaint there- however, no one in the shop (workers or Deliveroo drivers and often customers) wears a mask. The last time we were there I watched the staff take out the trash and not wash their hands afterwards as well… probably will be finding another local takeaway after that

Ordered a sausage supper. Very greasy and definitely not fresh. Last order I had was excellent; this one was not. This has put me off ordering again, as Angelos quality off food is a hit or a miss!.

It used to be our favourite low budget pizza place. 2 weeks ago we decided to buy pizza first time in a while. The pizza was absolutely awful, soggy and cold. We phoned up to complain, as an apology new pizza was sent to us which had no other Ingredients than just something that looked like cheese, uneatable! It landed in a bin! Last Friday we decided to give this place another chance so I ordered a chicken wrap which used to be my fav, but not this time unfortunately. It was barely wrapped, basically falling apart and as I still tried eating it I found thick black hair in it! Absolutely Disgusting!!! NO I won't recommend this place to anyone who appreciates decent food!! And NO we won't be back!!

If you need 1 hour to deliver a pizza, I can't image what can happen in a big order.I got a message it says ETA 10 mins and it cane exactly after 54 mins for pizza...Poor skills communication,As about taste, it's all good, I can find better and faster.

Great fish and chips. Not quite as good as my local but very good! Their pizza are also pretty descent
