Kit and Cherry are the wonderful new owners. They made a fantastic mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini for me. Very happy. Will go back!

Best breakfast rolls in the city! Also one of the few places that opens early in the morning, which is super convenient!

Absolutely amazing breakfast rolls. Was in this morning for the first time. Bacon, sausage and haggis in a lovely soft bun for only £3. Both guys who I met there were both very nice too. Will definitely be going back! Support local businesses and check this place out.

Original (Nov 2019): I used to work right next to Daneli's Deli and their lunch options are very delicious. The wraps and sandwiches are finger licking good. But the highlight is their morning rolls. They are simply divine. The bun, the bacon, the eggs, the haggis, perfection. If you like a bacon and egg roll and are around during the working week mornings I urge you to drop by and try. You will not regret it. Every other bacon and scrambled egg roll you have after will spawn the memory of Daneli's and leave you wanting the real deal.Edit: I went today (16/08/2021) for a bit of nostalgia and a bacon and scrambled egg roll. It was not bad but it wasn't the same. The bun was different and the egg was not perfectly creamy as before. There might be new management and even though everything was fresh and would keep the 5 stars, I'd be doubtful if I'd give them the "best morning rolls in Edinburgh title".

Had to take my Coronation Chicken roll back on Monday, the quasi-ciabatta style roll was days old, stale (when the starch goes crystallise bright white when you bite in).Its changed ownership recently, they seem like nice people, but you can't charge good money for poor, inedible and stale product

Absolutely delicious! A welcome break from the rain. I had the falafel wrap which was beautifully toasted and my colleague had the Cajun chicken pannini - excellent and would recommend for lunch!
