food was good the fries were world class tbh. just expensive

Had a really nice breakfast here on our way to the botanic gardens, very tasty and staff catered to my low carb needs very willingly. The sausage was juicy and well seasoned, all in all one of the nicest breakfasts I have had in years.

Friendly staff and very good food. Nice veggie option. Second time there and will go back when I'm in Edinburgh again.

The food here is very good but the staff are not so friendly- particularly when you try to get food or a coffee about quarter to 4 although they publicise that they are open til 5pm! Clearly making too much money. This isn’t the first time either…

Everything is a brioche bun with a filling. I went for a simple bacon and egg (and cheese I think) one. It looked small when it arrived, but it's deceptive, as it was quite filling and tasty. Good coffee too.

The sweetest cafe in Edinburgh!Came in search of a decent cup of coffee after several unsuccessful attempts on my first day in the city. The girl serving was lovely and friendly as well as being really helpful; cakes looked amazing and coffee was fab. If you're looking for a great cafe in Edinburgh, Brioche is the no.1. Amazingly delicious brioche sandwiches! My wife and both had one for brunch and a coffee to go with them and I couldn’t fault them! A bit further out of the centre than some places but definitely worth the walk!
