Very good taste and price. Absolutely friendly waiters will be waiting for you there. For those who don’t eat pork you have to know all the beef sauce is mixed with pork so I couldn’t try the lasagna or the polonaise.

Perfectly fine for a quick meal - we had 3 courses in about an hour and half. The spag bol barely had any sauce on it, but my husband's pizza was good, and for the starters there wasn't tonnes of flavour in the creamy mushrooms, and the garlic butter was more like oil. The best part of the meal was the desserts. We used the taste card and got 3 courses each, a side to share, and a soft drink each for £35 which is really good. The staff were nice too.

Another first! I'm writing the review in the place! What a shambles of a place. Management need to get their act together, this a pathetic experience of someone eating at Bella Italia for the first time. Dough balls with garlic butter is what we ordered, dough balls and garlic oil is what was served. We skipped mains because another customer complained about their meal, went for desert ordered chocolate brownies , got given caramel sauce which comes with the cookie dough, waited 5 mins for someone to come over, ended up going to them, they came back and said sorry we run out of chocolate sauce, isn't it better to tell the customer beforehand? Hope it improves, doubt it tho, manager on shift looks clueless.

Had a relaxing and amazing time with my family. The food was great (mains too big though and carbonara could have used a little more sauce). Service was just perfect, server was polite, there when needed and very professional.Thank you Stefan for making it a relaxing time.Looking forward to being there again soon.

To be honest, it's a well-known Italian chain and I don't understand why. Paata was overcooked and sauce was bland.Pizzas are not very good either. The prawn arancini were OK although too small.

The most disgusting place for food. Staff was extremely rude. Funny thing is that this place is a well known Italian chain. Is this interesting? Pasta was dry, no flavour and rubber alike. The male staff with beard (believe is the manager) didn’t wear mask properly. Nose and half of mouth were not covered. Took 20 minutes for bill and to pay. Avoid!

Had a wonderful meal, despite it being incredibly busy they managed to get us seated within 20 minutes. We had Denny serving us, and she is possibly one of the friendliest humans I've ever met. Actually made my birthday feel really special

Nice family friendly Italian reataurant, with friendly service. The prices are descent and the portions are more than enough. There is a good variety of pasta but check which are or not available. The house red wine is OK for a regular meal. The toilets are clean enough and the service is fast, considering it was fairly busy when we visited. All in all an OK expeirence for an Italian.
