This takeaway has drivers that steal change the say they don't have any change expecting you to tip them he said he would come back with it and never did.Phoned the takeaway they said we would definitely get it the next day and the shop is shut.Expected a phone call tomorrow

Absolutely useless takeaway. Order was completely messed up, food was lukewarm and it took three phone calls and two hours to sort the correct order!!!!

Food took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Phone calls ignored. Really disappointing experience.

Depends who the chef is on the night some good some not so used to be my fav cant depend on what you get so try elsewhere

We don't often order Indian food, but last night we had a fantastic meal from Bengal Spice. The portion sizes are absolutely huge and it's really competitively priced. We had Chicken Korma, Lamb Bhuna and Chicken Biriani, with some tasty sides, and everything was great quality and delicious. It did take a very long time to be delivered and arrived a little cold, but the delivery driver was friendly and apologetic about that. I would order from here again in the future, but maybe would order a little less next time as we have so much left over! 😜

I have had the very satisfying Non Vegetarian set Meal over a numbrr of years but not recently. I ordered it tonight and it is unrecognisable as the former version. It was greasy, luke warm, with chunks of gristle in the lamb and very disappointing chicken kebabd. I will not be ordering it again.

Ordered through just eat the delivery was bang on time and hot. I ordered the chicken Madras with pilau rice good portion sizes and just the right amount of spice. Would definitely use again

I found a long black hair in my chicken korma, and when I informed the restaurant of this, they couldn’t care less and they couldn’t have hung up the phone quick enough. Through just eat I was issued a refund, however before that could happen the food has to be returned. I phoned the restaurant again to confirm this and they said a driver was on his way (I am only 10/15 minutes away) after half an hour I phoned to see if someone was coming they said yes the driver was on his way. Another 20 minutes passed so I decided to return the food myself. Still no apology from the restaurant. Utterly disgusting to find a hair in your food, and even worse to receive terrible customer service along with it.

Had my first Indian takeaway from here tonight, (first Indian takeaway infact) had a Korma and it was delicious! Not too spicy, (some in the jars are) not too creamy, good amount of sauce, the chicken was lovely too, had some naan bread with it which was also lovely, even the dog loved it.The delivery came 20 mins earlier than expected, so well done there.Will definitely order again.
