Bennets Bar in Edinburgh

Love this pub! Proper old-fashioned pub with friendly staff, a good mix of clientele and dog-friendly. Very busy on a Saturday evening, so standing room only, but a very nice experience nonetheless.

Great bar, bit of a local landmark in Tollcross area of Edinburgh, good akes at decent prices, excellent single malt selection, dog friendly pub, still has its distinctive old tables topped with Ordnance Survey maps of Scotland. Handy for drinks after stroll in nearby Meadows, or before and after show at adjacent King's Theatre, or Cameo Cinema across the road

What a find!!! Stunning pub!! Wood panelling/stained glass windows/friendly bar staff and a cracking selection of beers and malt whiskies. Highly recommended!!!!!

Has a cool snug, entered via the door on the left immediately before you go through the main door. Don't have to leave here except to go to the bathroom as it has its own access to the bar.

A proper old school Edinburgh pub, I love the pubs which have been untouched for ages and this is definitely one of them. Very friendly staff and a great range of whisky

Original 1830s Edinburgh pub. Wonderful panelling and stained glass. Good, well kept ale selection too. Right next to the Kings Theatre and loads of bus routes through Tollcross. A lovely place to meet friends or read a book.

Great atmosphere with live music and wonderful traditional bar environment.

One of our favourite traditional pubs anywhere with great, well kept real ales and the best small snug in Edinburgh!
