Owner has them not follow the rules regarding toppings as presented on menu. It’s a rip off. Would not go again.Edit for owner's follow-up: This was the Clerk and Preston location. The large nachos are supposed to include whichever toppings you would like, with a surcharge for meat. I was not allowed to order other toppings. When I asked the staff about this, they told me the owner required them to do this, even thought it contradicted the menu. I don't blame the staff at all, just a dishonest policy.

Really bad food, the nachos are burnt; how the heck do you burn nachos itself. The cheese was extremely tasteless.

Turned up to the Anderson Place location for a collection. There's no storefront or signage so I had to ask random people where to go. I was told to wait at a large black door. 10 minutes later a lady came from somewhere and told me the store was shut and I could collect at the Clerk St store instead. Which is miles away. I will be avoiding in future.

Best burrito in town- made to order, always fresh ingredients. Staff is always very nice and happy to serve you. Well done Bonnie Burritos, you are a true Bonnie on the food map of Edinburgh.

Good student style eats. Reasonable price for a burrito, my only criticism would be the variety of fillings, but overall one of the better burritos in Edinburgh. Staff also very friendly

Burrito was OK, but the nachos were missing toppings, the wrong size, and had basically degenerated into an inedible sludge by the time it arrived. Really poor.

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while because I love a burrito and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The service was good but perhaps a little expensive although the burrito was packed so it will definitely fill you up. I opted for the pulled pork which was nice. It wasn’t the best burrito I’ve had but it was still delicious. I had the mango and habanero sauce which was meant to be spicy but it wasn’t too hot. Also got a milkshake which was good but nothing special. Overall, I am glad I went to bonnie burrito.

Order #33147279. Guy looked liked I'd ruined his night asking for vegan chicken. Ordered a large, and regular sized normal chicken burrito for my daughter (not spicy as she's a kid). Got home and opened the bag, didn't even get a burrito, was 2 bowls, both the same size even though I'd paid for a large, so that doesn't add up. And my daughters was spicy. The bowls themselves didn't taste good at all, had just been flung together (I mean look at the bottom one) and the vegan chicken was hard and crunchy. Just a terrible, terrible meal. Didn't have time to go back as we were in a rush. Will just make sure I never return.
