Good selection of interesting burger combos. The salt beef was delicious but slightly overshadowed the beef. Poutine was excellent with rich gravy and tasty cheese curds. Our server was delightfully efficient and friendly

If you want a man vs food challenge then this is your spot! Burgers are HUGE and extremely tasty! You could definitely share one meal between two if needed! Staff were quick and attentive especially catering to a party of nine. Would go back.

Not the best beef burgers I have had, still Bread Meats Bread offers nice comfort food, both meaty and veggie. There are even some unconventional options like the Luther Burger (in glazed donuts, not buns) which was surprisingly good, love the contrast between the caramelised donuts and the savoury meat. Other burgers I had were fine, some room for improvement on the beef patty - juicy, not so tender and not the excellent type imo, still meat lovers would probably be contented. And I like their kimchi fries.

Visited on 2nd May after hearing many good things about the place. Really nice atmosphere and cocktails were great. The starter we had of Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Dough Balls were really nice, the garlic mayo was top notch. The poutine was amazing too. The gravy was so nice.Unfortunately, our burgers weren't as good. My other half ordered the Chad Hogan burger which comes with beef burger, pulled pork and pulled beef. All really nice but was just really dry as there was no sauce inside. In our opinion, it really needed BBQ sauce or gravy or something similar. We ended up dipping it in the gravy from the poutine. I ordered the Chicken Luther burger. Unfortunately, it was way too spicy for me which ruined it for me.The menu didn't mention any spice level. If it had I'd have avoided it. Shame about the burgers as the rest of the experience was so good.

Amazing place, friendly staff and good food. I arrived without reservation and luckily I got one table. Me and my wife ordered one Jug of beer house for share, Pastrami sandwich, Brisket sandwich and taters tots for share. Everything was delicious and well served. To finish the night we ordered an extra half pint and the total was 40 pounds.

Got on Uber eats and it was too effing good. Hands down best chicken burger I have ever had. The buffalo fries, which I’m munching right now, are divine. The cheese on them >>>>. My friend had the Sunshine On Beef and loved it. What more can one say, just great food.

Brilliant selection of burgers, all delicious. The poutine and fries are an absolute treat and good range of drinks/milkshakes too. The place is on the small side so you may occasionally have to wait outside or sit at their side tables. Perfect place for a get together/catch up with friends and family! Been here numerous times and the food has been consistently great. 🍔

Really nice atmosphere and the food was real yummy. Had the Luther Burger and the beef was tender. Loved the Mayo and surprisingly, the combination of sweet and savoury worked! The Oreo milkshake was more of chocolate with Oreo bits inside but still tasty.

Great food, great atmosphere and a very tasty house beer. I can highly recommend you starve yourself before you go here or get food from here as the food will put you into a lovely food coma. Would love to see this place in London as I think the menu would do extremely well as it is unique

Great for vegetarians as well as meat eaters and adventurous diners. We loved Bread Meats Bread. The atmosphere was buzzing, the staff were absolutely lovely. I had a veggie burger which was delicious and didn’t feel like it was added as an afterthought to the menu, as it often does. In fact, the vegetarian selection was really impressive. They were also more than happy to alter my burger from a vegan option to just vegetarian (with normal cheese etc). For the more adventurous diner, there was the Luther burger (served in a glazed doughnut) which my husband chose. He described this as interesting and, although unusual, tasty. Not something for every day, but for an unique dining experience, definitely worth a try.The milkshakes we had for pudding were exceptional. I’d say this is a must visit restaurant on any trip to Edinburgh.
