Good service..Nice location..helpful and cheery staff..food was lovely and well worth the price

In desperate need of a revision on the menu and probably kitchen staff. To be told at the hotel next door that you better hurry if you want food as they are closing at 9pm on a Friday night should have been warning enough. Warm salad served with cold cooked veg, cauliflower bites that tasted of fish, not an experience I am willing to repeat!

Nothing special at all, over priced frozen food. Always get half a gammon steak well a quarter on the one meal, which states a gammon steak not half of one

Food was excellent and they really looked after my mother in law for her 90th birthday

We stopped off here on our way home. The service and site itself were brilliant. We felt like we were in a 5* restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back if were ever in Edinburgh again. Thank you for sending us home happy

We've had lots of family gatherings here due to it being a central meeting place for family in both Fife and West Lothian, and we've never been disappointed. Staff are friendly, food is typical pub grub but a good standard. Refillable drinks makes things easier with the kids so they can have several drinks if different flavours all for one price. Will continue to go there for future events too

It was a nice meal; however, I should cut on burgers.

The staff are always friendly and helpful even when it's busy. The food is very reasonable priced and it's typical good quality pub food. Finally plenty of choice of drinks. A thanks to Sylia.

A real disappointment tonight, only a few customers in, 4 bored staff behind counter. Ordered rib eye steaks which came looking lovely, however both were tough. Gristley and chewy. Waited 45 minutes for staff to ask if everything was good. Showed them virtually full plates and explained problem, slightly disappointed that was only offered a free sweet. Told waitress I would not be paying for food as we hadn't even eaten it, she replied it's up to the manager 😂😂 not me. I don't think so !!! Didn't charge me for food. Service was rubbish. Hope they get a grip. 😭😭😭😭
