Burger King in Edinburgh

Had we not been in a rush we'd have complained. Burger overcooked, dry and lukewarm. Chips weren't fresh and not hot enough.. Do better!

Asked for a big Mac and they told me they didn't have any, only whoppers and they kept insisting I wanted a whopper. Sir I have no idea what a whopper is I'm only looking for a big Mac.

I’m not a burger type of guy… but the king satisfies the needs. The staff is polite.

The worst bugers I have had eaten in a burger king. Ever! Cold and vile. It's no wonder they are being smashed buy other burger competitors.Also the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them in the 25 minutes I was there.The ladies toilets one of the lights were out in on cubicle and no lock on the other.The mens toilets were disgusting.Horrible food so so won't be eating a BK again.

I'm not one to write online reviews but was so incensed after visiting here that I felt I had to.I visited around 6pm on January 1st and found the restaurant to be unusually quiet with only delivery drivers queuing when I arrived yet despite this it took 25 minutes from ordering to the food being ready, for the life of me I can't understand what the delay was.To add insult to injury I took the food to me table to find it was tepid, and that is being kind, surely a 10 second walk from service are to table wasn't sufficient to cool food that much, it seems I had waited 25 minutes for food that had been standing for hours!I tried to speak to a manager to complain but this seemed impossible so I decided to give up and leave, the food was too cold to be edible.One last insult was the disabled toilet, it was clean enough however the wall mounted soap dispenser appeared to be missing the push button to dispense soap.No problem as there was also a hand sanitiser dispenser soI dried my now wet hands only to then discover the sanitiser dispenser was empty!This is not acceptable at any time, especially given the risks from Covid.Reading back through reviews it appears I am not the first to have had issue with cold food and extended waiting times and, despite assurances from Burger King in response, it seems and advice passed on to this branch has fallen on deaf ears.I don't expect sterling service from BK, it's not a Michelin starred restaurant, but I do expect service and edible food.Neither was evident this day.

Angus burger was supposed to be made to order but it wasnt hot. The chips were cool too. It was busy so we didn't try to go back to complain. As we were hungry ate some of the burgers but it tasted like plastic. Really disappointed and won't be back to any Burger King. In general the place wasn't clean either. It has actually put me off burgers as I still have indigestion!

Great service, really quick and clean! Even with the kiosk ordering they were very willing to fulfill my special request!!!!!!

I really dislike ordering from touch-screens but in this Burger King it was mandatory.Otherwise, the food was OK & came reasonably quickly. We got a table without issue. The staff were not unfriendly.So, yeah... Neither good not bad: OK.

In person orders should take priority over online orders or stop taking them when the restaurant is busy. Had to leave after waiting 20 minutes while online orders seemed to come out much quicker. You can't run a restaurant effectively with the small amount of staff on.

Had the warmest experience with Olivia and Leyland. I felt at home, as if I was with mom and my siblings. Thanks for being beautiful humans.
