Burger King in Edinburgh

Food was lovely, if a tad pricier than expected. But the staff didn't seem that friendly or helpful, the QR code to fill your drink is pointless and clunky, and the gents toilet was absolutely reeking!A customer asked for some napkins because the dispenser had run out. A staff member said he'd bring him some. 5mins later, the customer said "I'll just go to the toilet and wash my hands," as he hadn't been given any. Then the staff member appeared to start doodling something on a bit of paper, rather than restocking the dispenser!

Some sort of pube found in the chips at the end of meal.Best they could offer was more chips. Politely declined

Omg the burgers are beautiful. Not had one in years but I've had 3 this week upto now. Ooppss healthy eating will start one day.

Ordered a single whopper, took a 20 minute wait. I had to ask them why I had been waiting so long as people came and went with their orders, and watched as they then pressed up on their display looking for my order. Then all of a sudden mobile orders 30-40 numbers behind what was just done were being prepared... Need to prioritise old orders so people aren't waiting unnecessarily.The whopper was nice in the end though.

Weird experience in the BK.I walked in and asked if I could get a small soda. The worker had no idea what I was talking about and I had to explain it multiple ways.Eventually I just asked if they sold soda and he said yes. I asked "how do I get one?" He said, "we have a machine". I asked "can I buy a cup?" And then he fumbed around and rang me up for a small cup.2 of the 3 soda machines were completely out of order. I left as quick as I could.

Food preparation was fast but there’s hair in my burger. It’s blond and I’m Asian so definitely not mine

One of the best Burger King I've been in. Its clean and ordering was easy and efficient through the screens. Pour your own drinks is a great idea for this setting too. (Hope the one in Cardiff City centre where I sometimes go comes up to this standard as its a run down tip down there.) Congrats Edinburgh Burger King.

Although when we visited it was busy service was slower than expected , food was OK did like that the fries were better than other fast food outlets , not really keen on the self service ordering , and a lengthy wait for food, the staff did not check properly yhat the right person was collecting the order when called, only one person trying to clean tables ect , so meant we had to clear a table to use it , could have had more staff actually serving to speed up orders , 3 serving points and one collection point but only 2 staff working on them .Cold drinks self serve , hot drinks served by staff coffee was as good as any other place, on the whole burger King will not be my first choice next time .

Between the unbelieveably busy location, two of the three drinks machines not working. One covering the floor in water making it slippy which people had to queue in to get a drink and the staff being completely miserable and basically having an argument in the middle of the restaurant. It was a really poor experience. Also with them not giving different cups than normal there werent lids easily available, so the walk back to your table was an obstacle course.
