First time here and I will come back again as everything we had was very good. The restaurant is upstairs, not sure if there was a lift as I couldn't see one.We had a booking at 3.30pm and it was quite. The place looks lovely and clean. The staff where friendly and did a check in on each course. We had a voucher for a 4 course meal which included cocktails. There are more choices off the main menu but as we had vouchers we had the VIP menu. I wish they had a bigger selection on the sweets on the VIP menu, as you only had 3 to choose from. However the sweet I did have was soooo good. It just means I need to go back and try the main menu.Cocktails to start off with. Then we had a amuse soup, could have done with a couple more slices of the bread. I had the mejilones muscles, I wasn't expecting to get so many, they where very lovely, I would recommend having these. The main was sea bass on mashed potato, and the sweet was posset de Lima, mmmm it went down a treat.

If you like fish I recommend Cadiz on George Street, Edinburgh. A very pleasant lunch in nice surroundings, with helpful & friendly staff.

Food was good, but not great (mussels had a very basic taste despite salsa added). Also, has a very strong mass production feel. Don't go there if you can afford better. Else, it's good value for money.

Enjoyed a nice meal here with family. We had cocktails first, then fish soup (for me), and calamares for the others, all very good. 2 of us had lemon sole for main course, with flavoured butter, and skinny fries. This was excellent. One of us had fish and chips. The fish was good, but the chips were too big, and not crispy at all. Hubby had a rice dish with langostines and mussels. He said it was a bit bland. We all had salted caramel parfait for dessert which was lovely, and very rich. It was a good experience overall and I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely meal. Good atmosphere. Food and cocktails were good. The only slight negative was that the service was a little slow, but they were busy. Staff were nice.

Fantastic night out with the family. Really good seafood, really fresh and crisp. Nothing to fault. Wonderful staff who accommodated us on a busy evening. Great to be out at Cadiz after months of being stuck at home.
