Went for an early dinner with only one other table being served. Still took well over 45 minutes for two main dishes to arrive (pizza and meatballs) it's average fare. Pizza is thicker than a lot of other brick oven style places. Our two other mains in the party were pizzas with burrata which sounded like a good idea but lacked an olive oil / vinegar drizzle ... or something that made it more than a cold cheese ball plopped on a bland dough base. Other reviews warned us to not get the calamari but we did not listen... Can confirm it's like tire rubber and overcooked.

A decent, regular pizza and pasta place with great service. Especially loved the King prawn pasta which was really refreshing and citrusy. Pizza was good too.

Great food.Terrible service. Waited one and a half hours to get our main course. Missed our train home. Other diners in and out before we'd been served.Waiting staff batted off our queries with" it's coming soon". Two small round tables shoved together for 4 people. Cramped, stressful meal. Just horrendous!

The pizzas were good , I had the GoaT and the wife had the Parm Springs Hottie but the rating was downgraded because we were put downstairs to the small area next to the private room which was cold , had absolutely no atmosphere unlike the main room upstairs and as we were the only ones there for a half hour felt like we had been forgotten about by the busy staff. As i had booked the table almost 2 weeks before it did feel like a let down to be in a cellar like room with no other customers.

What a pleasure it was eating here on our first night in Edinburgh. Absolutely sensational food from the starter to the dessert. We were impressed with the service. The staff especially Marie were friendly and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our experience. A wonderful place and highly recommended.

Must try restaurant in Edinburgh and the hype is definitely real. We tried the pizza with figs, prosciutto and honey as well as the salami pizza. The crust was perfect - crunchy on the bottom with soft crusts and freshly made. Washed down with nice cold beer.Shout out to the servers - Irina was awesome. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to walk-in early in the evening. However, try to book in advance as it got busy very quickly.

The starters were a bit underwhelming, calamari overcooked and far too much parmesan over everything, which over powered the dishes. The pizzas were delicious though, and it was good value for money. The upstairs dining area is a bit cramped and the music was louder than I personally like in a restaurant. The margarita cocktail was...different, but not the best, it's a shame blue curaçao has such a weird after taste because the colour was amazing.I'd come back for pizza, but skip the starters.

A lot of people will tell you that this is a must-visit restaurant if you're touring Edinburgh, and the hype is real. I got the pizza with figs, prosciutto and honey and it was easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crunchy on the bottom with soft crusts and it tastes fresh. The servers are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Although definitely book in advance as its very popular.
