It was mostly fine, but honestly for the price the food just felt bland and dull. It’s a shame because the quality of everything seemed great but somehow it was lacking. I guess expected more when you pay £100 for two (and no alcohol)The chocolate dessert was my favourite course.

The food here was very very good. Everything was unique, creative and delicious. Cocktails were a lot of fun! My only disappointment was dessert. Nothing creative, fun or unique here. Stick with another cocktail for dessert.

Had a fantastic meal here last week whilst on a trip to Edinburgh. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and feels fit for a special occasion. The food was also delicious! I had the Asparagus Risotto - which is not something I'd usually go for - but it was exceptional! So flavourful!! Every mouthful was to die for!! We also each had the Scallops to start, which were fantastic!! Neither of us went for the dessert, and opted for equally delicious cocktails instead.Worth also mentioning that the staff were a delight and we had a lot of fun in our interactions with them. Would highly recommend, and would definitely return. I'm still thinking about that risotto!!!

We ate well at Dine. Very attentive staff, very delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. Got the best dessert drink: Mozarts Tiramisu. Wow.

Really enjoyed the whole time here. We were made to feel so welcomed by the staff from ordering the tasty martinis at the bar and the flavoursome food. Good selection of wines too.

Four in our party. Service was excellent. All dishes were delicious and well presented. Cocktails were fairly priced and arrived quickly after ordering.Ambience in the restaurant is lacking. The decor is worn and surfaces dusty. The table top was bare Formica, damaged in places and the pillars close to the table were damaged and dirty. A table cloth would be expected for this type of dining. We finished with drinks in the bar. Quite lively crowd towards the end of the evening. Friendly atmosphere.Needs some attention to the setting for the five stars.

We have been at Dine yesterday for dinner and it has been amazing. The booking process was quick and straightforward, you can do everything on the website. The menù doesn’t offer a huge amount of choices but there is something for every taste, I would definitely recommend the wood pigeon as a starter and the honey glazed duck as a main.On the other hand I was hoping for some more choices of desserts, in the end we opted for the cheese selection, but in my opinion it looked a bit poor, maybe some more biscuits would have helped.A part from this all the staff has been amazing, they made sure everything was fine and even made some cocktails that were not on the menù.The atmosphere was really nice as well, would definitely recommend it for a special night out.

A very pleasant experience overall; food was really nice, especially the seabass, oysters - excellent, good cocktails as well, although some were just tiny. Staff were very attentive and with number of waiters visible throughout - this appears to be a norm. Left the place very happy, which is all one could wish for.

Absolutely fantastic. My wife and I have gone back and forth and have to say that this has been the best place we have ever been to. The food is outstanding, the cocktails out of this world and the service is beyond reproach. The entire service is one well oiled machine. Fast service and no long waits between courses. Unlike other places with a named chef Stuart was actually there working away with his team.Huge thank you to Christina who waited on us and Ollie from the bar who served great drinks and went off menu for us to create several drinks for us that were amazing. Most certainly we will be back and will recommend this to everyone we know coming to Edinburgh.

Definitely a pleasant experience. Nice food and a polite and helpful service. As a teatotal, had a Cinderella mocktail which was absolutely amazing. It transferred me to a holiday resort in Bali. Oysters were some of the best ones I've had, would definitely recommend.
