Domino's Pizza in Edinburgh

First time I ordered it came within 20 mins as I stay right around the corner...this time it's been Iver an hour and a half with tracker telling me it's been out for delivery for last 20 mins...I just called and they said sorry shirt staffed and will be another 15 mins....thats shocking when you stay so close.

online ordered pickup in person : 2 L🍕s for 20 quid 2 for 1 deal. Recommend ''Ranch BBQ'' 👍👍 barbecue sauce base instead of 🍅 so a bit on the sweet side but absolutely delicious if you don't mind. Much nicer than the pizza with regular tomato sauce as a base IMO. Enough for 2 people x 2 meals. Staff was busy but once got his attention could pickup right away 🙏

This is terrible service, I made an order last night. For nothing to show up. They were happy to take my payment straight away, with no delivery of food. I phoned again this morning to find out what happened. Only to be told there’s a 2hr delivery time the following day, with lots of open ended answers from the manager explaining ‘he’ll look into it’, ‘we’ll get back to you’ - zero constructive answers, feeling completely forgotten about. Stay away

We ordered online and the food was ready fast and tasted good. The man behind the counter was nice and overall it was a good experience.

Food was on time, standard quality you expect from a Dominos.The food preps use their bare hands which seems pretty old fashioned in fast food chains these days, usually people who are handling ingredients directly use gloves now which I think is something they could consider as it’s a bit gross when people have long dirty fingernails making your pizza.

Perhaps you should stop taking orders or issue a warning that you have a shortage of drivers instead of the pizza sitting for 45 mins and going cold. Surely it's not beyond the capabilities of Domino's.

Slow delivery. Lied about it having left the store. I was stood outside waiting for over 15 minutes.Took 1 hour 22 minutes in total. Arrived cold and with toppings stuck to box.

If I could leave a lower star I would.ordered at 9:10 according to the tracker food was out for delivery by half past and delivered by 9:40 no such thing happened. called about the problem took 6 tries to get through man on phone says it'll be 10 minutes, i give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 20 another 7 tries until they pick up the phone again this time he talks to his manager reassures me it'll be here in 10 minutes. it is now half past midnight and my order has been refunded. man on the phone hung up before I could ask if that ment it was cancelled too or if they were just refunding me for my 3+ hour wait turns out it had been cancelled. never again.

No one was in the counter to ask about our order and we were literally speaking to the staff about our order and they were literally iigored us for10 minutes. Even a staff member ignored my enquiry in plain sight. How it's possible to deliver such good pizza without training your staff to 101comunication skills.

Waited over an hour, called them up for information, the man on the phone was very rude and practically screamed at me to give the address even though I’m not from around here. The pizza was practically cold as were the potatoes, will definitely not order here again.
