Decent coffee abs good size if you like a large cup of coffee to wake you up in the morning. Good deals on pastries too abs decent prices. Directly across from the side entrance at Haymarket.

Visited here as had never seen an EasyCoffee before. Sadly the customer service really let this place down. As a tourist city you would expect the staff to be a little bit more polite. There was 2 members of staff here when we visited. The young cashier chap who served us was really friendly and helpful but the same cant be said about his colleague who was making the beverages. We wasn't able to catch the guys name making them but his customer service is disgusting. It was the tall guy with blonde hair, he was rude and was banging things around as if he didn't want to be there. He was so in his own world he clearly didn't listen for what we asked for. As tourists we wanted the novelty of having our coffees in EasyCoffee take away cups but was sitting in. As expected he made the drinks in normal cups. When my wife explained to him that we had asked specially for the take away cups he banged around muttering under his breath. Unfortunately he only gave 1 of us a EasyCoffee cup. We was so shocked with his manner we didn't dear ask him to remake the one without.Apart from that the coffees tasted great and the toasted croissants with cheese and tomato tasted amazing. We also had a slice of cake each which again was very yummy.Afterwards we purchased a reusable cup and luckily for us the rude staff member had gone and again the first staff member who served us was polite and very helpful. If like us you like your coffees give this place a try just so you can say you've been but avoid the tall guy with blonde hair he is very rude.

Great coffee shop. We usually stop there when in Edinburgh. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Fair prices and wide choices of coffees available to try. Not a excellent choice of breakfast when we were served probably due to be a "late" breakfast. Recommended.

The coffee here was not amazing but it was cheap and very fast! Before a train this is exactly where I would want to come.

Great coffee great prices and really pleasant and efficient staff. We got off the tram at 8.30am on Sunday morning and were surprised to find this coffee shop which is great value for money and is impeccably clean. The young gentleman who served us was incredibly friendly and polite and made for an extremely favourable experience so much so we returned on our way back to Edinburgh Airport on Monday evening when our experience was repeated with a different young man who was equally pleasant and efficient. Well done to these two young men and to Easy Coffees Edinburgh. Highly recommended!!!!
