El Barrio Latino Bar & Club in Edinburgh

One of my friends was as**ulted by men in this bar and when we told the bouncers, they laughed at us and told us to leave. We took pictures of the men and bouncers.I’m seriously advising girls not to go here. It’s very dangerous and none of the staff care about women’s safety.

The DJ is horrific. Puts 3 times the same song in less than 2h, does not even know when to mute the song so his crowd can sing. You need to be extremely drunk to be able to enjoy the music and not notice how bad the DJ is. Can't believe someone can fail at putting a Spotify list on.

Is really good , and needed better from cocktel not have barman,and segurity no respect from woman

From the manager to the french guy behind the bar to all the ladies that work there even security, this is my safe go to place to have a good time - been coming here for 2 years and never once had a problem and always felt looked after. Good vibes!! Highly recommended and should be scored higher. Just brilliant!

Horrible music must of the time, i like reggaetón but is not the only style of music from Latin America, the Djs are bad they just choose music that lyrics are about how much women like tobe shaged. the atmosphere on Saturday night is so busy and is impossible to dance. The prices and service at the bar is very good. I won’t come back just because the music.

A friend and I were visiting Edinburgh and were excited to find a Latin club in the city! We had gone on a Saturday night and had such an amazing time, not to mention, everyone was super friendly from the bouncers to the bar staff. Sure, the place was crowded but the music selection was great and we had no problems.We had even gone back on Monday night for our last night, and there was still a decent crowd! We'll definitely be back here when we visit Edinburgh again.

Wow, what a great bar...Amazing mojitos, great atmosphere, great service.Very fun!!The music (DJ) is also great, very catchy.

Has always been crowded and a good time for having some fun dancing in my experience. I've only gone late at night though. £1 per item checked, which is super reasonable. At least everyone likes it, but a lot of people really love it as well.

Only visited on a weekday so it wasn't busy at all. Great cocktails (try their mojito!) and nice dancing area; you don't really need much more for a good night out, if you enjoy Latin music.
