Superb venue. Breakfast, high quality, great service, and then the day just gets better. Superb food, lovely staff, personal service. Evenings the venue comes to life with the great menu and a fantastic drinks range, including my favourite the unpasteurised high-quality lager.

The wait staff was very nice and attentive. Better than most of the other restaurants in Scotland that I had visited. We got there around 1820 and had no wait with no reservation and the place was practically empty. Within 20 minutes of us being there however, all tables were full. We ordered the beef wellington and it was perfect. It was a lot of food for 2 people, too much for just me and my mom to finish.Only complaint I have is that where we were seated. I was facing a door that the staff kept using and there was a bright white light that became annoying and blinding everytime it was used since the restaurant has very dim yellow lighting.

Crispy duck on cress with pickled ginger and sesame seeds. Beautiful end to the afternoon. Very attentive to allergies. Only wish we'd been seated on the second floor. Great views.

We had a fantastic night and the food was delicious. The beef Wellington is to die for. The staff were amazing, so friendly and very professional, in particular David who looked after us so well and answered all our questions regarding the menu. He made us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend the service and food enough. We can’t wait to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, the wait staff are very attentive and friendly. They are also great for helping with recommendations. We had the chicken wings and duck to start, pork belly with a side of mash and fish and chips for mains, we then shared the cheesecake for dessert. All were absolutely divine.Gorgeous setting, with a beautiful view. Highly recommend.

Top staff! friendly and really helpful.Local is looking great with English vibe.Highly recommend steaks but sadly burgers are not the best, it’s not the type of meat which I’ll expect. It’s not a pure beff but they are adding bread or breadcrumbs as the meat it’s quite hard. Fries and all sides are all very nice.Great place for drinks and steaks that’s for sure!

It's ok, not too sure what we was expecting. But with it being a named place, maybe something different from normal pub grub. Fish and chips burger, prawn cocktail, king prawns, also pints not served in branded glass. £11 for an expresso martini with no coffee beans for decoration....

Visited Bread Street Kitchen last night for some after dinner drinks. Welcomed by the lovely Patricia on reception and shown to our table. Taylor and Jack on the bar were fantastic and very attentive. Had a lovely time and will definitely return. Warm, relaxed atmosphere and brilliant service.

Absolutely amazing dining experience. Couldn't fault the food at all and our server Alessio was extremely attentive ensuring that we constantly had our water filled and were fully satisfied with our meals. He was also very keen to help and answer any questions that we had, especially regarding types of cocktails that I may like. Can't wait to visit again!

Service was top Notch! Our waiter was very attentive and when I asked questions about the food I could see cooking he took the time to explain everything to me. The beef Wellington was lovely. The meat was unbelievable tender. We tried the haggis bites for starters... delicious!!!I don't normally like sticky toffee pudding but my husband does so we decided to share one (also I had tried this at another GR restaurant previously). It is so light. It is the best ever!
