Francos in Edinburgh

Very disappointed- never been served such a small small portion of fish & chips ! The batter was tasteless & undercooked

Fish is great but Please make sure the chips are fried properly! last two times I’ve ordered a delivery chips were barely cooked!

I ordered an online delivery from Franco's at 18:50, it's now 20:30 and still not delivered. I've been a client of Franco's for more than 10yrs but have noticed a steady decline in their service in recent years so assuming they have more orders of than they can cope with, Ill help to resolve their situation by by walking to away and will not be placing any further orders. Franco's you know this is not the first time that your customer service has been abismal.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, food was almost warm, chips were cold, pizzas were burnt. Phoned three times to chase it up and each time told it’s on its way. do not order if you want to eat at a reasonable time and get anything close to decent food

Great Pizza or Traditional chippy.They also deliver nice wine.

We're utterly and absolutely disappointed with the fish and chips my husband has just been and got us. Revolting, the worst we've ever had. Don't get fish and chips from Franco's I've put a fish pie in the oven. So bad we've binned them . Franco's of Stockbridge you are shameful 😡😡

Food here is usually brilliant and I think the chefs are great. However, a man on the phone has the worst Customer Service during problems ever. Very rude and dismissive of any issues and when asked for a refund and to cancel the order (which had not yet arrived) I was told it's not a big deal and hung up on. I think that's ridiculous customer service and his attitude has put me off ordering from there again.

Franco's is honestly one of the best takeaways in Edinburgh. So far, every meal I've gotten from them has been fantastic - pizza, fish and chips, pasta, etc. They even made a kapsalon for me, a special kebab dish invented in Rotterdam made with a layer of chips, a layer of cheese, a layer of doner meat and a layer of salad. Ask for it! Prices are also very reasonable at Franco's.

Food was nice and fresh. The white pudding, smoked sausage and spring rolls were all cooked to order, only down fall was ordered 3 suppers and 2 looked like kids suppers with the size of the chip portions while the other looked like an adults

Ordered here last night and the food was delicious, I ordered the large chicken kebab and my partner had a burger and both were so tasty, the kebab had lovely chunks of chicken alongside a tasty salad with chilli sauce. This was the best takeaway meal we have had in Edinburgh to date. The staff were really friendly too. Would highly recommend the food and service from this place. 10/10
