Frankie & Benny's Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh

Frankie & Bennie's is an America style diner with a good selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner, shakes, cocktails and drinks.I opted for the monster breakfast - The big Scottish one to see me through my day of shopping.Prices are reasonable and in this particular branch (Fort Kinnaird) the staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly.I would most definitely recommend here.

Fantastic food, served piping hot. Wonderful gluten free menu with many different options. Incredibly friendly and funny staff. Good value for money.

I am deeply disappointed and absolutely taken aback with the food served to me on this occasion. There was very little care given to how my food was placed on the plate, items were missing, the 2 onion rings were very greasy. The whole plate looked 'beige' and very unappealing.I asked to report this to the manager. I was not charged for this meal which in no sense of the word make up for my disappointment, even though I expressed my opinion I doubt very much that it will make any difference whatsoever therefore Frankie and Benny's has lost a customer who has been a loyal customer in the past and I will be expressing my opinion to anyone who will listen.

I absolutely love atmosphere of Frankie & Benny's. The classic music and decor goes with the amazing food and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely fantastic pizzas.

Myself and 2 friends dined there for lunch today food was good..Service was amazing so attentive we had the waiter with dark hair and ponytail then when he went his break the waiter with dark hair and glasses both equally fantastic by far the best service received I any establishment for a long time. Well done guys, hope the management appreciate the dedication on providing quality customer satisfaction.

Food at Frankie & Benny's is always nice and their customer service is excellent. Staff are making sure to serve us promptly and they made us feel welcomed each time. Will definitely go back and recommend for a lunch/dinner anyday 👌

Just had pre-cinema dinner and it was fabulous!! All safely laid out and social distancing for diners to enjoy their meals. Quick service but not rushed, lovely staff as always! No room for dessert today unfortunately... but there's always next time.

Had lunch from the 2 dishes for £10 menu, Chicken strips with bbq sauce and cheese burger. Quick friendly service and food was great for the price.
