The food was good and the serving size is ample. It took a long time to get the food, and the price was a little high in my opinion.

Had ours takeaway. Really good service and staff.The food was good but not particularly special or notable.A good meal, but not really something I would go back for.

Had fish and chips here. Actually I like the taste of this dish. However, I think the salad was not a big portion for me so it was not enough for people who love to have some vegetables with a main course.

Came here for an early dinner on a Thursday night. Very wide ranging, American diner style menu at roughly average city centre prices. I had the New York Deli burger and it was very good (if a tiny greasy). Just over £7 including chips (fries) is reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. Would recommend

Nice place and atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was not very good. I think its supposed to be a mix of american and italian but the italian food was terrible. The risotto was very strange and tasted milky. And i lived in italy for 6 months so I know what a proper risotto looks and tastes like. This risotto neither looked or tasted like a proper one. Also we didnt like the pizza very much. Milkshake and hot chocolate on the other hand were very good. Would recommend the drinks but not the food.

Fab breakfast menu and really friendly staff. The coffee was excellent, and you get free refills too! Only thing I would say is that it's a bit of a trek getting to the ladies' loos - and when I visited 1 of the 2 cubicles was out of order, which could prove uncomfortable at busy times...

I’m quite a big fan of Frankie and Benny’s, the food is generally always consistent and really quite tasty! I can quite confidently say I’ve tried at least 1/3 of the menu and it’s all really delicious! So no matter what you choose, you will almost always get a really tasty meal! Through the week they usually have a promotion for two courses and I recommend that for a cheaper meal, as a single meal can cost the same as the price the meal deal itself!This specific branch is really lovely and the staff are super friendly! I’ve never had a problem here with the food at all. Being on the Royal Mile, you should take into consideration that this particular establishment can get to be quite busy so please bear that in mind.

Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices and decent food. A good choice to grab a quick snack. The burger was a tad heavy and greasy for my tastes but everything else was good. 3.5/5
