I found A long disgusting black hair in my chippy I’m blonde and have short hair so it can’t possibly be mine it is still giving me the boak thinking about it very disappointing I had to bin the chippy

I've used this place a lot b4 but not for a while. I had the fish and scampi recently and wasn't impressed. Fish was bland ( although a good size portion ) and scampi didn't taste like scampi. I would recommend smaller portions but better quality.

Fantastic food with an amazing range of freshly prepared take away. Gluten free pasta and pizza. The app can be a bit glitchy but personal service is great.

Cancelled my order and they still sent the order which got binned will never order again!!! Also dont answer the phone!!!

Very busy so you have to wait sometimes but they're busy for a reason. Very fresh fish and chips and all other food is great too.

Fantastic customer service from Giovanni's every time. No longer live in the area now and no other chip shop compares. Always make a visit when I'm back in the area and still as good as ever. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the food always tastes good and delivery is always bang on time.

Never once have I ever had a 'carry-out' delivered Except tonight. The chicken was FABULOUS (as ever), chips were okay, but generally: Chips from a chippie are 'designed' to be eaten out of the paper!The people that work in here are a team - and back 'in the old days', it was good that they remembered who I was, or what I am: A Photographer!

Excellent as always. Ordered online, ready for collection at the time given (to the minute!) and fresh and tasty food. I always enjoy watching the staff here working while I'm waiting - they're good at their jobs and it shows.
