Ridiculous, charging me 60p just to sit in. Makes no sense like I get it’s only 60p but 60p for the sake of me sitting down for 5 mins while the place is empty. Then I asked for some tomato sauce, then then tell me they can’t sell sauce separately what a joke

Standard greggs, you can’t beat it. the lady who served us went above and beyond an absolute credit to you

Think it’s the second time I’ve been in a Greggs and won’t be hurrying back. Was hard to understand what the staff were saying due to masks/screens/background noise. My pastry was then chucked on the counter top for me. The food was average at best, I didn’t finish it. It was very cheap but don’t think I’d go again.

Love Greggs but was disappointed with this one, not coming back …

absolute joke of a place. no customers in bang on noon and I come in for my lunch on my lunch break. to be given two sausage rolls that were stone cold. I want fresh hot rolls not stuff that's been lying about since 8am this morning. you want a nice warm meal on your lunch if you work near or around the royal mile I suggest you go elsewhere. Gregs - when the bottle of irn bru pruchased out of the fridge is warmer than the "hot" roll you bought.

Always great service, they genuinely cant get through the queue quick enough! Most places see a queue and hit a go slow Gregg's batters it back out the door. Only negative is a smidge of sauce is never a smidge, I don't have sauce on my butty due to the massive amount of sauce!

This is a pretty bog standard Greggs. The store is kept nice and clean and they typically keep the choices well stocked. At lunch time it usually get busy, queuing out the door, but that to be expected.

Came here just for a quick snack (what else you'd expect in Greggs?). For those who do not know, Greggs is a cheap and cheerful chain bakery in the U.K and particularly popular in Scotland. As usual I just got the Vegan sausage roll. The server kindly let me know that the ones on display were only lukewarm and if I was willing to wait 5 minutes, a fresh hot batch would be ready. First time I've had one straight out of the oven and it was delicious.

Really friendly and efficient staff. Clean and well stocked on a Sunday morning at 9.30am.Only about six seats here or three small tables. As always great value for money. Love the breakfast deal and happy to eat here because of their fair trade policies and use of free range eggs. ☺
