We booked a day ahead for our Christmas lunch. All of us got the 2 course New York Strip Steak with Marinated Mushrooms and either the Holiday Brownie or Caesar Salad Bruschetta combinations. The steak was fabulous. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was crowded but not noisy and we had a very enjoyable time.

Love the food and the music. People are really nice too which is always a plus. Done this job for a while and I know when someone does this for the tips or they're genuinely being nice. Must visit!

Great experience all round! We are so happy to have received a voucher for the hard rock cafe as a gift for Christmas. The service from the moment we walked into the door to right as we were leaving was amazing. In particular our waiter (I didn't catch his name but he was tall, had dark hair and possibly a greek accent) was so great! He went out of his way to make sure we had a nice meal and even replaced the chicken in one of the dishes so I could eat it as I'm veggie. The food was absolutely unreal! And the atmosphere was really laid back and cool. Can't reccomend enough!

Excellent time at the Hard Rock Cafe. We had booked our table for the 22nd of November and were glad we had as the place was full. The lady that greeted us was spot on, as was the lady that took our order. The food was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Some good bits of memorabilia hung on the wall made for some interesting viewing.

For a busy night, the service was great. Food was even better than I imagined. The wings are the best ones I've ever tried! The ribs were tasty, huge, full of flavour and slightly crispy. The bacon cheese fries were nice too. Very impressed

This was my first time here and will not be my last. Those nachos were epic and huge. Definitely a sharing plate, the wings were lovely and the sauce tasted fab again u need to share them.We ordered the cocktails the second time round with the hard Rock glasses as, well they are a great memento and the drinks are bigger 😆😆😆The staff were attentive and very outgoing. They were happy to chat and joke around with you, it made the whole experience in my opinion. Also, let's not forget the epic rock music.

Fantastic experience! If you love rock music and the memorabilia then why not go enjoy some food and the surroundings. Food is pretty standard but it's not the reason you go. Service however was fantastic Roman what a legend!

The food was great (huge amounts as well), lovely drinks and great atmosphere. The best thing though was the staff. Friendly, helpful and almost scarily cheery. I big mention to Tracy, who got us a table even though the place was about to get packed with people. Thank you. We'll be back.

Food was really good. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Service was good. Think it's a bit over priced for drinks-£5.60 for a pint of beer!
