I-Ching Chinese Restaurant in Edinburgh

I wasnt impressed at all with the food , food was not freshly cooked and seemed old dried out or severly overcooked or cooked twice or even reheated .

Food was terrible, noddles had the most offensive smell and were definitely off the rest of the order was terrible £30 straight in the bin

Awesome food. Good location. Great salt pepper squid. Portions were good. Short walk back to our hotel. Lucky Edinburgh folk!!! My pics went up earlier not the review so re-posting here.

2 hours for delivery. Contacted them multiple times and apparently its still on its way. Says delivered on the app. Good food, bad service. Not sure if I'm eating tonight

Great Chinese food to take away. I was very surprised how tasty it was. I will be going back there for more.

This place is horrible I didn't even eat any of it the ribs were just bone and burnt to death also the chicken balls were chicken nuggets it's not a normal Chinese defo to any body do not waste ur money u will be disappointed

Great reataurant, friendly service and delicious food ! We had black pepper beef - tender, well seasoned and served on sizzling plate, szechuan chicken (normally comes with bones but we prefer boneless meat) which was aromatic, savoury and spicy. On side we had fresh steamed rice and delicious homemade meat dumplings with tangy dipping sauce. As a desert, courtesy of the lovely chef and manager, we had banana fritters- super crispy coating and decent amount of honey. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

We had a wonderful meal with all the food amazing! Not one bit of glup to be found anywhere. Very authentic Chinese food. They were very happy to cook veggies that went on the menu. Delightful and helpful staff Thank you

Excellent Chinese food - it might not look like much but everything we ordered was delicious.We were a big group and shared 15 or so dishes - all of which were great.Very helpful staff too - able to alter dishes to suit various people's needs.Highly recommended.

Average Chinese food, some dishes are fine, some are not - salted egg yolk squid is to be avoided.Reservation is recommended, walked in really early at 11ish and they had only one last table. Surprisingly there is actually a crowd here, guess you can't expect much in Edinburgh.
