First time ordering, it’s was absolutely gorgeous chicken fried rice 🍚 proper fresh curry sauce ( a bit hot ) but did state that and a massive bag of chips 🍟 definitely ordering again

Disgusting attitude on the phone tonight! We've ordered every week for some time...in fact years. NEVER again! If you've had a bad day don't take it out on customers!!! I'm so annoyed I can't give less than one star!!!

Do not use the delivery service as the drivers block the road crossing meaning anyone with mobility issue, in a wheelchair or with a buggy cannot safely cross the road

Placed an order over the phone for home delivery. Was phoned back after an hour and was told that I had to pick up my food. As I paid by card I had no choice.Next they stopped answering the phone, so I went up to the takeaway to ask what was going on: They no longer offer delivery.........A Chinese that doesn't deliver???Mark my words their doors will be permanently closed soon.

Terrible customer service, very rude and abrupt.... delivery took over 2 hours! I will never use them again! better food, and customer service else where.

This was probably the worst Chinese takeaway my wife and I have ever experienced. My wife's favourite Chinese meal is crispy beef with Peking sauce. The Jade Palace only did crispy beef with sweet and sour sauce. What was served up was a tough, chewy and not crispy beef with a very sweet, sugar water sauce.My chicken satay could have been chicken anything with a load of half cooked onions in.The two stars is for the fried rice which was okay.
