Got to the shop at 9.45pm....told that there is no eat in service available even though they are advertised as open till 11pm... Queued 15 mins to get to the till to order and informed by staff that they cannot offer anything aside from crepes and waffles.....milkshake machine is not working....why the hell could the staff member who greeted us at the beginning not tell us this instead of making us queue up! Sort out your service!

Place is quite nice and waffles were tasty but the service needs to improve, the staff not to friendly, doesn't know how to say 'thank you' etcAlso waited more then 30mins for my orderWhen noticed the cutlery wasn't given to us it seemed like a problem when asked for it.... however the treats were nice... although cream I asked for was missing too though...

Made an order on just eat and said it was delivered and my order hasn’t showed. I’ve called 10 times and no one answered the phone. The phone is being used as it said the ‘user was busy’ a few times when calling so have requested a full refund. Avoid!

Was quite when I dropped in. Cake selection where two rest wasn't available. Iceecream varieties were in many numbers.Ordered a Canadian maple waffle with ice cream and a vanilla latte!

Terrible Service. My kids ordered two screwballs and were disappointed as there were no gumballs in the ice cream.I sent them to the counter to ask for it, but they didn't get a proper response. I then asked for the manager and explained her the situation. She didn't feel accountable for the mistake done. She simply said that they were out of stock of gumballs. She can't do anything about it.Well, before preparing the ice creams, they should have asked us if we would like to go with it without gumballs because we have paid for it. My kids might have chosen some other ice cream.I would avoid the place visiting again and do not recommend anyone visiting.

This is a great place to visit. We've been a few times now and the selection is fantastic. At first glance you think it might be expensive but in fact they are great value for money as the portion sizes are generous. You could easily split a portion of you wanted, but so far I've not been inclined 😁There is plenty of seating. We went with my mum once and she is in a wheelchair. Access is ok but it does make space tight, although the staff were extremely helpful regarding it.We turned up as a rather large group later on in the evening and they were happy to accommodate us.It's always quite a mixed crowd when we go.The only thing I don't like is the music they play, but honestly it doesn't take away from the visit. The late night opening hours are a great alternative for anyone not wanting to go to a pub.

Came in for 2 ice cream tubs to take away. Took 10minutes. It appeared that it was the the girl with the bandanna doing all the work. The tall guy looked very uninterested in his job and was moving as slow as a snail and only helped when a queue formed. The other girl made a coffee for herself while there was orders on!. The place was quiet but the service was very very slow.Well done to the girl wearing the bandanna she done a great job serving at the till and doing the orders, she looked knackered! On the plus side the ice cream was delicious

How cant they even read an order placed via just eat. Ordered three items but received only 2 of them. They got it all wrong. Tried to call them a few times. Looks like they can accept orders but can't answer the phone.Read a few reviews online about this dodgy desert place where people experienced same thing.Would like a response quite promptly.

Places like this are just what Gorgie needs. We visited on a Wednesday early evening, and there was a pleasant buzz about the place with lots of young families coming and going. We had a couple of large cones, and a waffle, with the total cost coming to around £15.Those cones really are huge, and with two scoops, my six and eight year-olds struggled to get through them. That said, they’d given me quite a bit of help with my Oreo waffle, which was super-tasty.We’ll certainly be back again, but will be sure to order slightly smaller portions next time.
