A very nice Japanese restaurant with amazing Sushi. We had Edamame, fried pumpkin, a lot of the special Rolls and some extra stuff. Very good quality- I can recommend 👍🏻It is quite expensive though. You can't pay by card and one of the special Rolls can cost you about 10£ - so have your pocket packed 😉

This is one of the best meals I have ever had! Delicious meal with excellent, friendly and quick service in an atmospheric and comfortable setting. I couldn’t recommend it more. We went twice during our stay in Edinburgh.

We just had dinner here and it was amazing. The service was outstanding. Every item we ordered was delicious ! The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and well thought out. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is located one level below ground so you will have to look for the sign on the ground level (by the pavement) to locate. Please beware this is a cash only business. Didn’t have to wait for seats but on a busy night I recommend calling ahead. Food tasted amazing. The portions are decent for the price. Service was good. Only problem were the tables. The table tops were sticky and a little too small. May be because of the disinfectant they use on the table tops melting the coating or drying out on the surface. Otherwise a very good place to dine or have a snack with friends! Would recommend! They also have decent delivery on popular apps if you don’t feel like a night out.

Came to this place with high hopes as it had good reviews and a really authentic feel. We had a selection of sushi and a few noodle dishes which I have to say, were only average. After sharing the soft shell crab sushi with my father, we were both left with crippling food poisoning for four days straight, ending our holiday early. I would advise you please take a look at your crab supplier/ and how you store your fish. Not on.

Great interior design gives you a feel of being somewhere authentic and the food adds to that. We had several small plates and sushi. All had great flavour. Loved the ice cream dessert. Simple but delicious. Staff are lovely. Prices better than reasonable.

Sushi was so delicious and tasty! Stopped off for dinner here and I am so glad I did. Plenty of sushi options and hot dishes. Definitely pay this place a visit if your a sushi addict like me 😂 the torched salmon sushi roll was my favourite! Note: cash only

GREAT SUSHI AND VALUEThis is a cash only place which is mentioned on Google and there is a sign at the front of the restaurant. There's an RBS round the corner to withdraw cash from if you need to.We ate here on a Sunday at 2:15 and managed to get a table for three people. It was fairly busy but there were some tables free. The table we got was a little weird as it was in the corner and not easy to get in and out of but once you're sitting you can get comfortable.I got the grilled Eel sushi which tasted amazing and hit all the right flavours. It was soft, tasty and subtly sweet.I also got the Mixed Bento Box which is good value. Loved having miso soup to accompany it. There was a range of meats in the box which included some lovely duck which was tender and fatty, chicken yakitori and two pieces of sushi which were salmon and tuna. All very delectable.

Beautiful food. Freshly prepared and speedy service. Customer service is great! We received some snacks at the end as a treat which was a lovely touch. Our go to Sushi stop in Edinburgh ❤
